Sibley Park Apartments

We lived at the Sibley Court apartments for 3+ years. The only reason that we moved was b/c there were not openings for a 3 bedroom, and our family was growing! :) We loved it there. Jen and Laura were awesome. They have several layouts to choose from. It was clean and safe. They don't have washer and dryer hook-ups, which was inconvenient. I would definately recommend these apartments and management. Also, we received our full security deposit refund! :)

I've been meaning to review Sibley Park for a really long time. All I can say is that it's wonderful; reasonably priced, wonderful office staff and maintainence, great apartments, and the best leasing system since sliced bread. I've been living here with my boyfriend for a year and half. When we started looking in the area we were told by many other establishments (who promptly shooed us out the door) that finding an apartment in our price range was not possible. We looked at Galtier, Cosmopolitan, and other shadier buildings, but as soon as we stepped foot in Sibley Park, we were home. They probably shouldn't have even leased to us, but the office staff is amazing. Our first day, the blinds fell down, but with in 10 minutes, they were fixed. That was the only maintainence issue we've had, except one we made ourselves which was also promply fixed. The rent has been raised once in the last year and half, but the apartments are still worth a lot more then we pay. They're open, modern, clean, and conventiantly located. The leasing system is awesome, especially for those of us who don't quite know where we'll be in the next few months. After six months you can leave whenever as long as you put in two months notice. The office in turn is required to give 2 months notice of rent changes. It all works out so nicely. My only complaint is the service they have chosen for internet/cable. Skypix is aweful...the service comes and goes and it takes a week or more to get them to come out and fix anything. Other than that, it's perfect

Sibley Park and Sibley Court apartments are the cream of the crop when it comes to mid-range housing. The prices are very reasonable, with tidy and clean apartments. It can be a little noisy at times, but get used to it. Downtown Saint Paul is a fine area if you are working and don't want to worry about the commute. Plus, colleges like McNally-Smith and Metro State are within walking distance. The staff are friendly and great! A shout out to Jen and Laura!

PROS: price, great staff, clean
CONS: street noise
