I was incredibly pleased with my custom-made ring from Joseph Jewelry. From looking at all of the beautiful rings in their store, I found certain things I liked on 3 different rings...Danny listened patiently while I described how I would like my "dream" ring to look! Then a wax mold was created so that I could make sure that this is how I wanted the ring to look! The end product was stunning, beautiful, and something that is unique enough that nobody else will have exactly the same ring. Compared to other shops such as EE Robbins and Shane Company, we feel that Joseph Jewelry was also reasonably priced, so we much preferred to have a more personalized experience rather than be just another consumer of a chain store.
Working with the people at Joseph Jewelry was a very positive experience. Every time we saw them, they were attentive and professional, and my husband and I both feel that it was a very pleasant experience. It was wonderful to go in there and not feel pressured or like we were being taken advantage of. Joseph Jewelry produces a very high quality product at a reasonable price and I know we will be going back to Joseph Jewelry for all of our jewelry needs in the future!

My husband found a great looking engagement ring/wedding band set for me in a magazine ad before we got engaged. Danny helped him to make the unique custom rings with diamonds and sapphire. I've never seen anyone wearing something similar, and I receive compliments all the time!
After our engagement, we went there again to order my husband's wedding band. He wanted to match his to the design of my rings. Danny helped us with the design with his great creativity and knowledge, and we had an opportunity to look at the precise image. The ring turn out to be exactly the way the image showed, and absolutely gorgeous.
We can always go back to have our rings cleaned professionally for free, and Danny and other staff are always very nice and helpful. We have had great experiences with them, and we highly recommend Joseph Jewelry whether you know exactly what you want or you just have some ideas.

Me and my wife both recently got our wedding rings from Joseph Jewelry. They have an exquisite collection of rings with unique styles and good craftsmanship and a wide range of prices to fit your budget. The entire shopping experience was wonderfully positive. Both Danny and Ryan were very knowledgeable, patient, and very willing to help us through the process.

My wife picked out a beautiful Tsavorite ring that she fell in love with the moment she set her eyes on it. I chose a yellow gold ring that they had on their website, but did not have in stock in the store. That was no problem because they custom made the ring within a couple of weeks. Ryan made an exact autocad design of the ring, with the 3D rendering that gave me an idea of how it would look. In the end, it turned out to be beautiful, just the way I wanted it done.

I would highly recommend Joseph's for your next jewelry purchase. They are by far one of the best jewelers in town.

My fiance and I shopped around to a few of the big name jewelers and were unimpressed. We are both so glad that we happened to find our way into Joseph Jewelry! After our first conversation with them, we didn't want to work with anyone else. I ran home and read their great citysearch reviews, and knew they were our jeweler. Their store is smaller, which we loved because when you walk in, their focus is on you and what they can do for only you. The whole experience is very relaxed. There is no pressure to decide quickly...they make you feel that they have all the time in the world for you. Our first time in, another customer came in with his dad. He apologized but said he wanted to start completely over on his engagement ring design. Their answer was, "No problem. What did you have in mind?" They work with you until you're sure of your design and the result is perfect! We've had so many compliments and recommend them all the time. We'll definitely use them in the future.

I visited Joseph Jewelry store several weeks ago, I have enjoyed talking to Danny and Joseph about my needs and they took the time to explain and educate me about the quality of the gems and showed me many options and styles to choose from. Their pricing was very reasonable and affordable. They were willing to special order diamond for me if I needed to in order to make a sound decision. What a great store, they took their time with no pressure to purchase. I shopped around that day at different stores but I eventually went back to Joseph Jewelry and made my purchase. This is simply the best jewelry store. Not only are brothers Joseph and Danny the nicest people with terrific customer service, but they and their small team are true craftsmen blending the latest technology with traditional ring making. They design and make all their own jewelry right on site. The quality is amazing and their process (design via CAD, send you a picture of exactly what the ring will look like, make a plastic mold you can try on first) is something you have to see to beleive. Why go to a mall store and buy the same ring everyone else has? My wife and I love our rings, and we can't recommend Joseph jewelry more highly!

I had purchased a unique ring for my fiance, it looked one of a kind, it was a white shinig gold with a beautiful colored stones wrapped around it, I was amazed with the colors and the details that went in to it, it was exquisite and tastefuly done, I strongly recommend to check out joseph jewelry before any body make such investment.

I enjoyed my experience with Joseph Jewelry. For Christmas of 08 I purchased my wife some earrings. The staff at JJ was very accommodating and patient with me as I made my decision on which set to purchase. They were sensitive to my budget and helped me find the perfect set. I got exactly what I was looking for at the right price and had an enjoyable time doing it. I love the area of Bellevue where they are located and had no problems with parking. After searching for months for that special place to make custom rings, we knew Joseph Jewelry would meet our needs.

We worked with Joseph on the ring design and Ryan on the auto-CAD work and Joe who set the stones. All 3 were incredibly professional, helpful and courteous.

Special note - what makes Joseph Jewelry different from the rest, is their ability to design the ring in auto-CAD. They showed us what the rings will look like in photographic quality and created the molds on-premise - so there's no guesswork involved.

I had a custom engagement ring made and they were incredibly helpful every step of the way. They made sure I got the best deal possible on a diamond and they even finished the ring 2 weeks ahead of time so that I could surprise my fiance.

Ask for Danny... he was the one who helped me and I was really impressed with the customer service and the results.

Joseph and Danny are talented Jewelry specialists. For my wife's wedding ring, another ring celebrating our child's birth and my wife's ear rings, they do an excallibur job.

I have gone to a lot of Jewelry stores over the years and Joseph's Jewelry is THE best here in Seattle. I can't truly describe how much I appreciate their work, other than saying "Happy Wife is a Happy Life" and I won't go anywhere else for my wife's jewelry. Thanks.

We got married 2 years ago but I never wear the ring that was part of our ceremony - my relatives picked out the ring and it just didnt work for me. It was not the right design and it felt uncomfortable.

We went in to Josephs with a very tall order - to make a ring that would match my husband's wedding ring that I would want to wear every day. Really nebulous requirements, with so much at stake.

Danny was wonderful - he talked to us a little about what we were looking for, took a couple of photos of my husband's ring and sketched out the beginnings of a design.

We picked up the ring on Saturday and it took my breath away. It was perfect. The perfect width, the perfect weight and a beautiful, elegant and practical design that embodies every dream I have ever had for my wedding ring. I feel so grateful to them. Danny is incredibly gifted. I think he is so good at what he does because he reads personalities so well. He understands what his customers want in terms of design and what the ring represents.

I will always recommend them to anyone I know looking for a jeweler. I really hope I'll be able to go back there soon for another piece of jewelry.

They have beautiful items on display, and I've bought a couple over the years for my wife. They're among her favorites. But where Joseph's really excels is in custom work.

I took in a photo of a $25,000 Buccellati blue sapphire gold ring -- a sophisticated Italian design. He found a comparable stone (a large sapphire) and reproduced the ring for $4,000. Indistinguishable from the original. Truly spectacular.

Two years ago, he replaced the gold band on my favorite 30-year-old turquoise ring. Last week, the stone fell out. Fortunately, I found the stone. I brought it in for repair. I lamented that my finger feel strange not wearing it, so he made it a rush job. He fixed it in 3 days, including refreshing some faded lacquer. Since he'd worked on the ring before, he wouldn't take a cent.

Great service, great quality, great value, and totally stands behind his work. He's always my first stop for jewelry shopping. And for custom work and repair, I wouldn't risk going anywhere else.

A bride is a very interesting creature. Especially when it comes to her engagement/wedding rings. At a very busy wedding show there was the Joseph Jewelry booth, funny I didn't know then when Danny (the owners brother and amazing jeweler) called out to compliment my princess cut solitaire that I would be making a life long business relationship.

Drawn to their booth by technology I wandered over to check them out. Danny was amazingly friendly and asked if he could snap a picture of my solitaire stone quick. Just a few moments later he produced four images on a computer screen of what we could turn my solitaire stone into.

I ended up taking a business card. A few weeks later I was going through some old stuff and found a picture of a designer wedding set I could never afford folded up and placed away five years earlier. I took the magazine clipping and went to visit Joseph and Danny in their beautiful quaint up scale shop in old down town Bellevue. I had been dreaming about this particular set for years, and had three other jewelers told me they could not even begin to try a custom copy due to the detail on the bands.

I presented the picture expecting to hear either they could not do the custom design or that it was out of my price range. Joseph and Danny are amazing! They took the picture, scanned it on their computer, and presented to me a CAD image of the one engagement band and two wedding bands I had been dreaming about.

Before I knew it Danny had created a piece of art that was in my budget. They were amazing to work with from everything to creativity and pricing/budget. I now wear the dream set I never imaged I could afford or find.

Joseph's is simply AMAZING!

Let's start with the people.
Joseph - Extremely educated and that's where he starts. I never felt with Joseph that I was buying something I didn't want, like, or understand. It has been about three months since the purchase and I find myself knowing that I purchased the best diamond, had designed the best setting, and ended up with the best ring for my fiance. Not a day goes buy where it isn't noticed. Compared to the high-end rings we were looking at, the quality (Cs) don't even compare to what Joseph was able to provide.

Danny - Epitomizes customer service. Danny understands exactly what it means to care for a ring. He wasn't hesitant about letting us know to come in and get the ring cleaned regularly and anytime we are in there he makes sure to do that for us before we even ask.

Ryan - What many don't know is the Joseph's can build the ring for you. Forget all the up-charges many of these companies say you need to pay for customization. Customization is Joseph's sweet spot. Ryan did a superb job working on it. I can tell you that before I saw the polished product I was nervous, but once complete - it was jaw dropping!

The process
We ended up designing this ring with Joseph's from scratch. We showed them what we wanted, how we needed the ring and the band to fit, and how we wanted the diamonds placed.

Joseph's began by designing the ring and band on the computer. They then showed us what the ring would look like. We were able to come in, make any changes we needed to, and most importantly have a dialogue about what this ring meant to us. The listened.

They then created a mold for us of both the ring and the band. This was an amazing experience. To see, touch, know what we would be getting before we got it.

Last April, I looked at about 15 different jewelry stores for an engagement ring for my fiance. The last place I looked was Joseph's Jewelry. Joseph's was by far the best quality at the best price. The other places I looked (pretty much every jewelry store in Bellevue) seemed like they were trying to scam me and like they didn't care about me as a customer. The people at Joseph's seemed like they cared, and they worked with me to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted without being putting on pressure.

Six months later, I walked back in with my fiance to get her ring cleaned and to look at wedding rings. Danny, who helped me six months earlier, remembered my name! It's not as if i spent a large sum of money there that would be memorable - in fact, the ring was very modest. Danny remembered my name simply because he cared. Currently, Ryan is working on our wedding rings and has been extremely helpful with the process. They've given us the option that if we don't like something, they can start over or we can have our money back. I'm sure they give this option because they know that their work is such high quality, they would rarely or never have unhappy customers.

Joseph's Jewelry is truly something special.

I was visiting family in Seattle when I stumbled onto Joseph?s Jewelry store; I was looking to purchase a couple of diamond earrings so I went in to check the store out. I was greeted by Danny at first. He was very friendly and courteous. I was not sure what style I exactly wanted; so he helped me by showing me a variety of earrings. Finally after almost 45 minutes of discussion and conversation I was very happy to find the style I was looking for except the diamond size was a bit smaller then I hopped. Without any hesitation Danny recommended that he would order a larger diamond if I would prefer. I informed him that I was visiting family in Seattle and I would be going home in a week. No problem he added; I could have the diamond in two days he said without any obligations. I agreed. Two days later I stopped by the store and Danny had obtained three different diamond sizes for me to compare and choose from. Needless to say I found exactly the size I wanted and I purchased the earrings. While I waited Danny mounted the diamond in the earrings without any extra charges. Their prices were extremely reasonable and the quality is superb. I am spoiled now; I have obtained their business card and I will always purchase my jewelry from this store. I feel very comfortable and the employees were very trustworthy. It has been the best experience in jewelry purchasing ever. I would be able to correspond by email for future purchases and when I visit my family on yearly basis. Thank you Joseph?s jewelry for making this a pleasant experience.

I live in Seattle and checked out half a dozen or so jewelers in the area. I was most pleased with Joseph Jewelry and decided to purchase my ring from them. They were very friendly and accommodating. Before buying my ring i knew nothing about jewelery, but the salesman was patient and informative. I appreciated the fact that they ordered 5 diamonds for me to look at and let me choose the one i want. My fiancee loves her ring and i will most definitely keep Joseph's in mind for any future jewelery needs.

I do not like this store and I am not sure why the rating is so high here.
We went to check out this store and they are not friendly. They push to buy the stone.
When you ask them to show you more diamond, they ask you to pay the shipping fee.
Compared to other store we have checked out, this store has really bad customer services.
I am not sure whether I can trust it for later maintenace or repair.

It was my first time to do business with Joseph's Jewelry and it was a great experience.

I was buying my wedding ring (solitaire), and I have to admit I had very stringent requirements down to the dimensions/proportions of the stone.
Joseph helped me out patiently and picked a diamond that fits my profile. He had it shipped to the store; when it got in (within 2 days) I prefered to order another one. I have to say that wasnt super nice of me, but Joseph more than happily did that. It was a gorgous diamond at a great price (comparable to internet sites). He also took the time to create the mount on the CAD software they used and I had the oppurtunity to see it in 3D and give feedback on some changes I wanted.

I would advice you to shop there even if you are an internet shopper.
I personally had a great price; but regardless if the internet "might" beat them by a small margin, stick to them, you will be more convinced/satisfied by what you got.

Bottom line, I was a happy customer getting all the quality, beauty and great pricing. Totally satisfied.

I absolutely recommend Joseph's Jewelry if you're in the market for an engagement ring.
After months of shopping around stores and online I was fortunate to come accross Joseph's.
The service is world class, there are no pushy sales people, they worked with me to create a custom design from scratch and completed it on very short notice before I went on a cruise and proposed to my Fiancee. Best of all the price was very competitive.
I highly recommend paying them a visit before you purchase anywhere else, you won't be disappointed!

If you are looking for that very special, ONE OF A KIND item, please go see Danny and Joseph at Joseph's Jewelers in Bellevue. I know there are so many to choose from but these guys really are great. After looking around at many stores and on-line we finally found the best! I was helping my future son-in-law design an engagement ring for our daughter. We had our center diamond but wanted a truly special and one-of-a-kind setting. Most of the other places would not even talk to me when they learned we did not plan to buy a center stone. Danny at Joseph's was receptive, generous and attentive from the very first phone call until the custom made ring was delivered. He took the time to show me tons of rings and as we progressed he listened and came up with a design that was everything we could have imagined and more. And if you are reading this and thinking...custom designed ring, Bellevue...may be too expensive-THEY ARE VERY COMPETITIVE PRICEWISE. They go to extra efforts too- when they were making the ring and they did not like the first set of side stones, they sent them back waited until the right ones came in. They wanted to be sure the side stones matched the color and quality of the center stone. Something I would not have even known to ask about. The ring is amazing, the price was really more than fair and my daughter could not be happier. She gets complements every day. And now my father is having a ring made for my mother. I can not say enough good things. Go see them!

Joseph's Jewelry was recommended to me by a work collegue. I was getting engaged and needed to make sure the ring was right the first time. When my fiancee and I went into the store, we were in awe of the unique, custom designs that you don't find in the big, retail stores. After picking out a design and a stone, her engagement ring was presented. To this day, we have received hundreds (not joking) of compliments on the design and craftmanship. However, the best experience I have ad with Joseph and Danny at Joseph's Jewelry is their customer service. I have since had my rings cleaned and re-sized, with no problems and 24 hour turnarounds. I came to Joseph Jewelry with a design for an engagement ring and a time constraint as I was going to propose to my now fiancee while visiting her in Australia. Dan and Joseph were excellent to work with and had no problems with the fact that I was planning to get a diamond from the diamond market in SF (not open to the public). The ring they made was exactly what I was looking for, a true work of art and completely unique. I wound up buying the diamond from them because I couldn't beat their prices. And Joseph found a beautiful diamond that fit the exact specifications that I was looking for.

I would recommend Joseph Jewelry on the following counts:
1. Prices that could not be beat (not even the diamond market in SF)
2 Excellent service
3. Prompt results as they do their own computer design, wax modeling, and casting onsite (a big plus)
4. Very high standards for their jewelry and diamonds. This is very important as some jewelers are not picky about their diamonds. Joseph certainly is.

For all my jewelry needs in the future, Joseph Jewelry will be my first stop.

I have been a patron of Joseph Jewelry for about 2.5 years now. There are several characteristics that set this store apart from any other we have visited. First, what you have made is custom, you can make the ring or whatever exactly as you want it and have it stand out from the crowd. Second, it is a family store, meaning we never deal with a huge corporation that does not really care about us or quality. Third, they have always stayed within a budget that I set. We always get something beautiful and affordable. Fourth, the store is always clean and you are greeted with a smile. Joseph Jewelry does not push for the sale and create a high-pressure situation. They truly can make anything you ask for or that my wife can dream up. She has yet to stump them-and whatever she has gotten from them never fails to be more spectacular than she imagined. Finally, my wife loves to see me come home with a Joseph Jewelry bag because it means that I have something timeless and elegant waiting to be wore by her.

I recently went into Joseph's on a recommendation of a friend. My fiance & I got engaged back in November and he had purchased the diamond in a presentation piece knowing that I was excited about designing my setting. However, after initiating the custom design process with another jeweler, I found that the designer & I were not on the same page. I considered just purchasing a setting from a retailer but experienced less than memorable service and choose to continue looking.

I stopped into Joseph?s and found the most beautiful setting that that was almost perfect for me and after working with Joseph on the design, they started work immediately on my engagement ring. Joseph was extremely knowledgeable & helpful during the process and by far surpassed my expectations making this the easiest decision ever. I would highly recommend Joseph?s to anyone looking to buy or design an engagement ring.

Throughout the hole process Joseph personally took care of us. They had the best quality and workmanship my fiance and I found. There customer service was incredible. SOmething you just dont see anymore. Thanks Joseph for making such a special ring for us!

I have been working with Joseph Jewelry for over two years now. Everytime I enter their store, I am warmly greeted and I know that I will be taken care of. Both Joseph and Danny do great work when it comes to custom design. I am currently working with them to create a small custom piece for my yorkie. Their service is great and thier product is outstanding.

When you first walk into Joseph Jewelry, you'll notice a brilliance that you won't see in other jewelry stores. The diamonds all stand out and sparkle as do the settings they're mounted in. Joseph and Danny create jewelry to your specifications that is absolutely brilliant. They are very easy to talk with and very professional. They created a beautifly engagement ring for me to give from a picture on the internet and improved on it spectacularly! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy an engagement ring.

Joseph resized, reshanked and repronged my antique engagement ring. Not only was he patient and honest in making recommendations on preserving and improving my ring, but he turned the job around in one day because he "could sense that (I) didn't want to be apart from it for too long". My ring is more stunning than ever and now I know the stones are secure and the band will last forever. Joseph remembers me everytime I go in to have my ring cleaned and even though I didn't make a huge purchase, he treats me like a princess. What a wonderful, wonderful family run business. Worth crossing the bridge from Seattle. Thank you, Joseph- You are a gem yourself!
