We've had an issue with this company (namely the front office) everytime we've used them. To the point where we are considering reporting them to the BBB.

They make repairs and order parts, then bill you without running the costs by you first. They charge service fees ($100!) everytime a technician comes out, even if it's to fix a mistake they made on their previous visit. Additionally, their front office is impossible to get in touch with and is always short and rude when on the phone. If you do schedule an appointment with them, make sure YOU call THEM day-of to confirm (even though they say they will call you), as we were left waiting for hours and hours.

We had to cancel our service call but they still sent a technician out. When we told them that we had canceled they informed us we had to pay a trip charge.

I called and spoke with the office and was told I had to pay and that I was acting rude and "crazy" because I canceled. I was then hung up on. Keep in mind I had remained completely professional the entire time and had even been very appologetic. When I called again she pick up the reciever and just slammed it down again.

I am a regional manager for a property management company and it's been a while since I have seen such a blatent disregard for customer service and manners in general. I will not use them for any of my properties nor will my company use them in the future.

The employees are friendly and always get their work done at reasonable prices.
They do keypads, electrical gates, and everything.
They'll get the job done!
The business was started in a friendly little nieghborhood and is a family run business.

Pros: The best, most reliable service at convienent prices.

Cons: The is no "time" schedule. They go by location. Which makes it convienent time-wise.
