Lakeside Collision Center

My car had $4,000 in damages and they estimated a week for repairs and had it done in 4 days. Everyone I talked to at AAA Lakeside Collision Center on Bel-Red Rd. was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Brent was great, he called our insurance adjuster and informed him that there was additional damages not visible to the estimator who looked at our car. He took pictures of the damage and took care of all the additional charges with our insurance company directly. When my car was done, someone came and picked me up at home and took me to retrieve my car. I can't say enought good things about AAA Lakeside Collision Center in Bellevue, Wa.

There is another business that goes by Lakeside Collision Center and they are in Kirkland, they are NOT owned by the same person. I have not heard very good things about them -- So go to the AAA Lakeside Collision Center on Bel-Red Road. YOU WILL BE SO HAPPY THAT YOU DID!!!

We had a fender-bender with our brand new Honda Odyssey a while back. Lakeside took complete care of everything.

They excelled in:

- Customer service. We were treated extremely well. They invited us back to the work area any time we wanted to see the progress. They walked us through the entire process and answered every question we asked - and they answered them with sincerity, not like they were wasting their time.

- Quality of workmanship. When I went to pick it up, I honestly could not tell where the damage had been. The work was flawless.

- On time. I got the van back exactly when they said it would be finished.

I give Lakeside the highest recommendation. I have taken cars to other places that said they were "customer friendly" and came away disappointed every time. I also found out that some of the other companies were only busy because their family owned a dealership and just referred all their business to their family's shop.
Do your homework on where to take your car - just make sure you include Lakeside in your search. You will not be disappointed.

I found this place through Triple A. I went in just to obtain a quote. They got me in immediately AND since my issue was minor, he actually fixed it for free! Everyone was super nice and out going...and they have a nice waiting area-I would definitely go back, although I hope I don't have to any time soon.

I have been to the Lakeside collision center twice now - and it's been an great experience with them. They have delivered on their commitments on time, and with high quality.

They are also a repair center which does not try to rip you off (by chosing the right option between replace and repair).

When I needed the services of a collision repair center, this shop was recommended by a friend/colleague of mine. And I am really thankful to her. Now, I am recommending it to the others.

I am not a marketting guy - but I hope this feedback can bring them more customers (that's my way of paying them back for the excellent experience I had with them).

Brent, provided the best customer services out of any auto shop that I have been and I have been to a few in my 10+ years of owning cars, fixing my own cars, and having car troubles. He is friendly, got the job done right, and on time.

I went to have my parents' car fixed as a result of accident which was the fault of the other driver. Since we worked it out for the other driver to pay the damages, Brent took care of talking to the other party, accepting the check, and depositing it right away to make sure it clears. He made sure that was done in the bank that originally issued the check to clear it much faster. This was definitely going above and beyond.

The car was repaired in 3 days (keep in mind this was X-mas time). I was also offered a rental, which I politely declined since I did not need it. The repair was flawless. I could not see the damage or that any work was done on the car.

I also had a small bump/scrape on my own car which I asked Brent to examine and recommend what I should do. He cleaned up the scrape for free, provided me with rough quote but at the same time suggested not to spend money since it was purely cosmetic fix. Again, going above and beyond and trying not to take advantage of me.

Overall, if I have a need of future body work I will definitely go to Lakeside Collision Center and will recommend them to my friends and family.
