5 Stars: Don't hestitate to stop by for a quote. (by jeffking)

Thanks to a parking lot hit and run, my Honda Prelude had a nasty bruise on the rear side panel of the bumper. After a friend got some major repair work done here at Lakeside. I decided to stop by just to see what they could do. Brent gave me a very knowledgeable quote about repainting the bumper. He explained how my car paint cost more to fixed because of the 3-layer process they used. I brought it in to explore my options a they buffed out most of the damage just as a friendly gesture. I definitely owe them one if I need major repairs in the future. It's hard to find a place that isn't penny-counting these days... and this place is one of them. Thanks Brent!

They picked up my car right away, arranged to meet with the adjuster, negotiated on my behalf, worked out all the details, made sure that everything was restored exactly - including the protective finish on the hood/lights/fenders, did a fantastic job with the repairs, communicated with me regularly to let me know the status, washed my car, thoroughly cleaned the inside, verified the amount of my deductible and even returned my rental car for me. There was no hassle at all! If I ever need this type of work done again, I will definitely go back.

Let me start by saying what great customer service Lakeside has, they will go out of their way for their customers and will make sure you are satisfied with the final outcome of the repair. My 99' Mustang Cobra, my pride and joy, was hit in the front end and after going through the run around with insurance I ended up settling out of insurance with the other party. I heard about Lakeside through a friend who spoke very highly of them, I took my cobra there and am very pleased with the results. The repair was quick and I got my car back in under 3 days. Brent and his employees were very friendly and did everything they could and more to get my car fixed asap, they even went out of their way while tending to my repair. Above all, if you want your car taken care of and all your expectations exceeded, take your car to Lakeside Collision Center of Bellevue, their customer service is above all the rest! Take your car to Lakeside! You will not be disappointed!

I can't tell you how many people I've recommended to Lakeside Collision. When you've got a car that you really love and care about and want to have it back to like it was before things went wrong these guys are the people to see.

They do it at a very fair price, with expert skill and get your car back to you so fast you won't even remember anything happened.

My Mustang GT California Special was keyed on over 90% of the car and they had her repaired, painted like new and back on the road in 4 days! 4 DAYS!!! And this was in the middle of a heavy snow week with cars piling up left and right.

They also went the extra mile to repair scratches under my bumper for free (from parking). And they work with your insurance to get it all settled out so you don't have to worry about that.

You just show up, drop off the keys and get your car back like new.

I drive a lifted Chevy Colorado (2006), got into a car accident where it needed Plenty of frame work along with body. they needed to order specialty lifted parts and they got the job done very quick, and now it drives as good as it did. Can't even tell i was in an accident.

I recomend this shop to anyone and everyone with vehicle problems. Come to this shop and see Josh.

This is the place to take your car if you want it back quickly and looking better than new! I took my BMW Z3 into the shop twice in two months (neither accident my fault!!) and both times Brent had my car in the shop quickly and the work done ahead of schedule! The guys re-did the whole front end (full repair and paint) and it looks and runs perfect! Brent is always helpful and will take care of any small details you require to make the experience painless! I promise you will NOT be disappointed.

Extremely impressed! I saw the great reviews online, which brought me in, and I can say that they more than lived up to what I read. I have a 350z, and treat it like a baby, so it was really important to me that the collision center i went to would do the same.

From first stepping in the door, I was really pleased with how friendly and courteous the staff was. Brent explained the details of what needed to be done, and I expressed my concerns (basically, i wanted my car to look new again). He took me in the shop, and he had the same model car in process of being repaired. I felt very confident in Lakeside Collision after this. Not only that, he thanked me for stopping by (no other collision shop I had been to had been like that)

Also, Brent took care of handling details with the insurance company. He had taken pictures on my first visit and sent that, plus the quote to the insurance company. He arranged for the rental car company to pick me up , which was really convenient. It was nice to not have to worry about those details.

When I got my car back, it looked like new - you couldn't tell a difference. I inspected it thoroughly. Not only was the repair work superb, but they had taken the time to wash and detail the car - i was pleasantly surprisd that the inside was vacuumed.. It wasn't just fixed - it felt like I was driving it off the dealer's lot again.

Overall my impression was that Brent & the people at Lakeside are friendly, honest, professional, and put the customer first. I would highly recommend Lakeside Collision Center and if I ever need any bodywork in the future will definitely go back there.

My Jeep Grand Cheroke's drivers side door was heavily damaged(not able to close the door). After taking it to Lakeside Collision Center Brent honestly told me that I need to replace the door and he pointed me where to get it with a cheaper price then they get it fixed like a NEW which literally could have costed me upto a 1000 dollars but I get it all problems fixed with less than 300 bucks (which includes the door from the junk yard).

The customer service is a plus and I honestly want to thank lakeside for their great service and awesome job and I personally recommend to anyone to go to Lakeside Collision Center 'cause I have talked to the other collision repair centers in Bellevue and what Lakeside offers interms of quality and price is the BEST.

Lakeside Rocks!!!

I have gone to Lakeside Collision twice in the past 6 months and both experiences have been top notch. I did not use insurance the first time, so it was a pretty simple in and out deal, but they did great work (fixed a dent and paint scratches) and finished they job when they said it would be done.

In my 2nd time using Lakeside I went through my insurance company to get the repairs done. Brent @ Lakeside was very helpful in getting everything lined up with the insurance company, rental car, etc, and again, the body work was great...looks good as new.

I highly recommend using Lakeside collision for any body work you need. Their customer service is as good as you could ask for, they provide competitive estimates (and stick to those estimates), and their work is immaculate!

I worked with Brent, the manager there at the shop. From start to finish, the body shop was very professional and provided top notch service. The job they performed on my car was flawless and I've receive many compliments. I even got my car back half a day ahead of schedule and the store owner came to drive me back to the store from my office.

Brent was a cool guy, I contact him first via Email for estmate and bought my own parts (front and rear bumper), and they paint it and installed on my ML430!

Very professional and they also give me a ride from the shop to my office and picked up when it was done!

Recommand shop to everyone!

My car had $4,000 in damages and they estimated a week for repairs and had it done in 4 days. Everyone I talked to at AAA Lakeside Collision Center on Bel-Red Rd. was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Brent was great, he called our insurance adjuster and informed him that there was additional damages not visible to the estimator who looked at our car. He took pictures of the damage and took care of all the additional charges with our insurance company directly. When my car was done, someone came and picked me up at home and took me to retrieve my car. I can't say enought good things about AAA Lakeside Collision Center in Bellevue, Wa.

There is another business that goes by Lakeside Collision Center and they are in Kirkland, they are NOT owned by the same person. I have not heard very good things about them -- So go to the AAA Lakeside Collision Center on Bel-Red Road. YOU WILL BE SO HAPPY THAT YOU DID!!!

This is the second time we needed collision repair on our Honda Odyssey. Our van was hit while we were parked at our kid's school.

Lakeside took care of everything - towing and all the repairs. The damage was quite extensive - the force of the impact even shoved the opposite wheel into the curb.

It is comforting to know that the stuff you don't see was given as much TLC as the damage you did see. Lakeside went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect.

Also, Honda makes the external door panels with High Strength Steel. When damaged, they can be pounded out and look nice, but they will not be as structurally sound. Lakeside took the extra step of replacing the panels with new ones. Since my wife and kids are on that side, it is nice to know that Lakeside will take the time to do it right and protect my family.

By the way, the van looks beautiful. You would never know it had been damaged at all. They even cleaned the inside for us (it had been muddy from camping in the rain the weekend before and we had not had a chance to vacuum it out).

We had a fender-bender with our brand new Honda Odyssey a while back. Lakeside took complete care of everything.

They excelled in:

- Customer service. We were treated extremely well. They invited us back to the work area any time we wanted to see the progress. They walked us through the entire process and answered every question we asked - and they answered them with sincerity, not like they were wasting their time.

- Quality of workmanship. When I went to pick it up, I honestly could not tell where the damage had been. The work was flawless.

- On time. I got the van back exactly when they said it would be finished.

I give Lakeside the highest recommendation. I have taken cars to other places that said they were "customer friendly" and came away disappointed every time. I also found out that some of the other companies were only busy because their family owned a dealership and just referred all their business to their family's shop.
Do your homework on where to take your car - just make sure you include Lakeside in your search. You will not be disappointed.

I found this place through Triple A. I went in just to obtain a quote. They got me in immediately AND since my issue was minor, he actually fixed it for free! Everyone was super nice and out going...and they have a nice waiting area-I would definitely go back, although I hope I don't have to any time soon.

I have been to the Lakeside collision center twice now - and it's been an great experience with them. They have delivered on their commitments on time, and with high quality.

They are also a repair center which does not try to rip you off (by chosing the right option between replace and repair).

When I needed the services of a collision repair center, this shop was recommended by a friend/colleague of mine. And I am really thankful to her. Now, I am recommending it to the others.

I am not a marketting guy - but I hope this feedback can bring them more customers (that's my way of paying them back for the excellent experience I had with them).

Brent, provided the best customer services out of any auto shop that I have been and I have been to a few in my 10+ years of owning cars, fixing my own cars, and having car troubles. He is friendly, got the job done right, and on time.

I went to have my parents' car fixed as a result of accident which was the fault of the other driver. Since we worked it out for the other driver to pay the damages, Brent took care of talking to the other party, accepting the check, and depositing it right away to make sure it clears. He made sure that was done in the bank that originally issued the check to clear it much faster. This was definitely going above and beyond.

The car was repaired in 3 days (keep in mind this was X-mas time). I was also offered a rental, which I politely declined since I did not need it. The repair was flawless. I could not see the damage or that any work was done on the car.

I also had a small bump/scrape on my own car which I asked Brent to examine and recommend what I should do. He cleaned up the scrape for free, provided me with rough quote but at the same time suggested not to spend money since it was purely cosmetic fix. Again, going above and beyond and trying not to take advantage of me.

Overall, if I have a need of future body work I will definitely go to Lakeside Collision Center and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Our family seems to be having a run on bad luck with car accidents. I guess after 20 years of being accident free we were due. This is the 3rd car we have had fixed by Lakeside Collision in Bellevue. Again, I have to say that they are the best. The car looks perfect....even though it sustained $6000 in damage when t-boned by a large Seattle City Van. You will not find a more professional, qualified shop in this area. I will continue to refer my friends and co-workers! Thank you again Brent for taking over and working with the insurance companies all while making our cars look brand new!

I got into a little accident and needed my car and the car to be repaired. I read reviews on shops online and decided on Lakeside because they consistently had good reviews. Phil and Brent are the nicest people. Phil even gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car! Brent explained everything that needed to be done to my car and he even took the time to show me how much cheaper they could fixed the other car. They saved me almost $1000 by using lakeside instead of another shop that I had gotten a quote from. Their turn around is really quick and they will even stay later if you can't get to their shop in time after work.

At Lakeside Collision Center, they really do care about customer service and look out for you, which I think is rare now a days. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work done on their car.

I recently moved to Seattle from Portland. I own a BMW 328i.
Last month, I gave my car to one of my close friends who was in town and visiting me from Europe. While parking the car, he took a sharp turn and didn't see the side corner properly. The result was, some small scratches and a dent. Since he was on international driving license, I didn't have much choices left. First I took my car to BMW dealer and they gave me an estimate of $1000 so I came back.
I work in Microsoft and one of my friends told me about Lakeside Collision center. I decided to take my car to them. I told the owner about my situation and he seems to be a very genuine person. He took a look at my car and gave me an estimate which was 10% of what I got from my dealer. I decided to go with that. I waited for half an hour and my car was ready. When I saw my car, I couldn't find any scratch or dent. It was like a brand new car when I got it first from the dealer. They are very honest and accurate in estimates. On top of that they do really nice job. I was so happy that I took my car there and saved my time and money.
I would definitely recommend them.

After getting rear ended I searched online for an auto body shop. I read the reviews about Lakeside Collision Center and choose them. The customer service and quality of work is outstanding. All of my questions were answered and the folks at the shop really care about the quality of their work! I highly recommend Lakeside Collision Center.

For the 3rd time now my beloved BMW 5 series was repaired at Lakeside Collision Bellevue, and the work done continues to be immaculate. One minor detail was missed out during the last repair (I'm hawkeyed DIY type of guy :-) and I took the car back and they redid to my satisfaction. I must say the management is extremely accomodating and very friendly. Highly recommended. These guys remind me of the good old days when customer satisfaction, trust and integrity was the order of the day in business.

My rear quarter panel molding popped out. The best estimate that I received was from Phil at Lakeside Collision Center. I took my car in yesterday to have the work done. While I was waiting for my ride to come and pick me up my car was fixed. When I asked Phil how much I owed, he said there was no charge. I have never had any auto repair shop do this for me before. I have been telling everyone who will listen to me about how great Lakeside Collision Center is.

I am extremely obliged & amazed by the quality of service. My first experience was in early,07 when I was backing off and ran into another car. Though my car was almost fine, but the metallic flip (just above bumper) of the other car was quite badly damaged. We got crazy estimates by others. I appreciate the workshop manager refusing to even look at other workshop estimates & providing his own un-biased figure which was almost 1/3rd of others. My review doesn?t end here and I really want to highlight that how amazed I was when I looked at quality of repairs. They definitely have an eye of detail and there was absolutely no sign of repair/accident or any differences when comparing repaired bumper flip with another. The workshop was even decent enough to clean car from outside making it beautiful looking by polishing the tires as a courtesy.

The next time was when my wife ran the car into a tree and it (including engine) was badly damaged. The lakeside collision was extremely honest in telling us that it is risky to fix the car as it may result into engine issues in the future. I got its value totaled off from insurance. I have never had such a great experience where someone is being so honest at the cost of losing business. Also, the workshop manager was extremely helpful in providing all the insights and expert guidance. This was really valuable for me, specifically, given the fact I was new to US. Inspite of the fact that this was of no business value to the workshop this time, the manager courteously accepted to help me with a detailed vehicle body inspection while I was buying another Camry, 02. I was blown off.
When I look back a month ago - the only best decision that I took was to take my car to this workshop and almost rest everything was taken care of.

Looking at the two experiences above, I would refer Lakeside Collision for rest of my life, to anyone whom I know for their honesty, integrity, on-time delivery, quality and an extremely economic model.

I had a broken out taillight. I went and bought the part online to fix it, but I didn't know how to install it. So I brought my car to Lakeside Collision Center. I choose them based on previous reviews on City Search. I walked in to their office for an estimate. The gentleman behind the counter had one of the guys in the shop come and look at my car. He had him take in the back. When they brought it back 15 minutes later the repair was done! When I asked how much for labor, he told me since it was a simple job and that I already had the part, it would be complimentary. I was blown away. Not too many auto body shops would go above and beyond like that. I highly recomend them!

If you're reading this review, then chances are you're in the same position I was about a week ago. I backed my 2006 Honda Accord into a stupid concrete pole in a parking lot (I know, I'm the stupid one), which cracked the bumper and bent the edge of the rear quarter panel inward a few inches. Given how new my car is, I really wanted to have the best possible work performed to restore it to new condition.

To make things difficult, I have an "eye for detail" -- more than the most people. So, when I picked up my car today (April 24, 2007), honestly I expected to find something less than perfect.

Not the case at all. Here's what I found when I picked up my Accord (today, 4-24-07):

-- the paint was perfectly matched and blended -- I couldn't tell where their work began or ended.
-- the body work was top quality! The damage disappeared! It was a tricky job because of the way the panel folded inward, but somehow, it's gone. Completely gone.
-- the people at Lakeside are excellent -- they were very friendly and kept me informed of the car's progress
-- the place is clean, not at all junky like you might expect from a body shop
-- they finished the job in 3 days!! (much less than the expected 6).

To top it off (...get this...), when I picked up my car, it had been detailed. I mean, it was vacuumed, washed, my dirty aluminum whees were shining, the rubber on my tires was treated with a shine, dashboard dusted, rubber floormats wiped clean. I left the lot feeling like I did the day I drove it off the lot from the Honda dealership, except that it has 19,000 miles on it.

Hats off to Lakeside Collision -- you've won my business and referrals to friends and family (although, I sincerely hope I don't have to bring my car back in again)!

If you want top-notch service, and a perfect '10' performance, take your damaged auto to Lakeside Collision.

Lakeside went way above and beyond to help me when I got into a very tight situation. I got into an accident with a car that I was moving with...three days later. They dropped everything to help me. My car was in their shop being worked on within hours. Everyoone from the estimator to the owner was involved and helped to make sure that I got a great quality job, and my car when I needed it.

Thank you to everyone at lakeside for their help. The quality of their work is so great that I cannot even tell where the accident was. The car looks perfect.
