I was at the Verizon in loop 288 by burger king today and was going to pay my bill. They had only one guy on the register very rude about 7 people in line while about 4 other workers there where at the back doing I don't know what they shoul have helped!. I had to wait 45 min just to pay the bills!!!!! All of the people I front of me where unhappy and asking why it was taking so long but the guy was very rude he was even rude to a old lady who was asking a simple question. As I was waiting I was watching the others not doing anything. I am very disappointed in this verizon store avoid this store if possible!!!!

From my experience, Verizon is a terrible company! I've had problems from the beginning with them. First, the person that came to hook up my television service took a really long time to do so, he was grouchy and upset because Verizon didn't have what he needed on their end. The conversation he had with Verizon was awkward, I could hear the person on the other end yelling at him because he told them (in front of me) that he wasn't going to go through all the steps and was going to do it his way because the Verizon equipment wasn't working. Regardless to say, they messed up my order. (BTW one of the reps told me to "stop talking" when I was trying to explain what was going on). Later, I tried to order internet. They gave me a package deal but, again, messed up my order and ended up charging me for each separately. When I noticed this on my account I called them up. Instead of reimbursing me for what they messed up, they only "fixed" the problem. Unfortunately, because THEY messed up my order, I had to lose lots of channels that were originally offered in the package I should have been signed up for. They warned me of this on the phone, BUT they made it seem like it really wasn't that many... so I agreed. It was quite a few channels.
I am very disappointed with this company and for the first time am cutting a contract just so I don't have to deal with them anymore. I am about to turn in my equipment... I can't wait to see if I have the same experience :)

I went in here a month ago to turn in 2 set-top boxes. The lady was very rude and acted like she was ticked off that I was turning in the boxes. Hey lady, they are $4.99 per month to use. You take them and pay for them. Parking lot is an utter mess and very crowded and dangerous to drive and walk in. I recommend you find another Verizon store to do business with because they don't care.
