The hours and location are good, and they do specialize in cats, but I was shocked at the prices, and how they just started charging me for medications that the doctor recommended (though Dr. discussed nothing with me). Case in point: they charge 30.00 to stick the instrument in my cat's ear to take a look for ear mites (and call it a swab) then charge 46.00 to look at that "swab" under a microscope and make the slides. As soon as I got home I checked another nearby verterinary clinic, and went down the list item by item and found that I had paid $200 for services/meds that I could have gotten at the other clinic for $135. That's the bottom line, AND the other clinic's price for a 3 year rabies (Purevax) is 8 dollars LESS than this clinic's price for a 1 year rabies. I will move my business elsewhere. Even when I to to the point of checking out, I still had questions and was asking the front desk person concerning my cat's ailment that should have been explained by either the doctor or the assistant before I was sent out to the lobby, and the clerk/receptionist had to keep going back to get the answers to the question....HMMM it's sorta of like "here's your bill, pay, and get out". Not good service or value when the prices are so high.

We've been taking our cats here for years. The staff is very friendly and professional and show genuine concern and love for our pets. It's nice that they only take care of cats, because it makes it less stressful for our them. I've never had any problems with the staff, and I highly recommend using them.

I took one of my cats here when she was a year old. The office staff is very pleasant and the vet we saw was informative and people-oriented. That said, I found that one of the cons of going here is that they immediately try and market you "specials". For example, she was pretty aggressive about trying to get me to buy a blood panel to test for basic problems. I have never been marketed this elsewhere and did not think this service was appropriate for a one year old cat. Although the price for the test was discounted, I did not appreciate being marketed to and felt that the test was unnecessary.
