The sun-ridge apartments have to be the worst place to live in Casper. The apartments are incredibly small and the floor-plan is not laid out very well. My apartment couldn't have been more than 750 to 800 square feet and I was paying almost $900.00 a month. It's ridiculous. On top of the almost 900 I payed for month, utilities were outrageous because the windows will not hold in heat at all. There is no weatherproofing on the windows so the winter cold and the wind comes in. It's almost like having no windows at all. In addition to the outrageous heating bills you have to pay for water, sewage, trash and the heating in the common areas of your building, which adds up to about 60 to 80 a month. Although the office hours are from 10 to 5, the apartment management is never there. The average response time on a maintenance call is about 2 weeks to a month.I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
