From the second the repairman entered, there was tension. All questions I had about the appliance were perceived as a threat to his manhood. Angry human being who created an uncomfortable and unnecessarily confrontational setting.

Recently I had problems with a major appliance. I chose a Prime Master Appliances to do the work.\n\nThey were excellent. Identified the problem, repairman showed up exactly when he said he would be, was within pennies of his quote (less) and his follow-up was so appreciated. Thank you Prime Master :)

This is possibly the worst company I've ever had dealings with in my life! They came as a recommendation from the home warranty plan but took FOUR months to finally fix my furnace. After the initial consultation, they blew me off twice for appointments to fix the furnace. After that, they took forever to come out to fix it. When they finally made it out, they were not only 2 hours late but the technician asked ME what needed to be fixed within the furnace!!! How do companies like this stay in business?
