My husband and I have been subscribers to the Central City News since its inception. We find it to be informative, folksy, current, and upbeat. The photographer covers the events of our rural/city lives and every week we see the faces of our friends, our children, and our neighbors in the pages of the paper.

I heartily recommend subscribing to help this young paper along.

Central City News is the local newspaper for the Central area. Even before there was an official town of Central, this newspaper would keep us appraised of local news including detailed news of those schools in the accompanying area. While the local Advocate has become very liberal, this newspaper has more of an open mind now and has matured over the years. Currently published on the weekend this newspaper is well worth a subscription and I wish that I had a comparable newspaper now in my own area of this quality for local area high school news.

PROS: Great Local News
CONS: Limited Distribution Days/Area
