Cari and her team are a pleasure to work with! They make getting in shape fun and they take into account the whole person -- age, body type, current physical abilities, your fitness goals, eating habits, etc. She did a thorough fitness evaluation, took time to talk to me and then designed a program specifically for me and what would fit in with my lifestyle. Very motivating and not intimidating. I learned a lot! Stays in touch and continues to motivate her clients w/ newsletters and weekly free fitness activities. Her fees are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Muscles for Me for people of any age or physical ability!

As a former strength and physique competitor with years of experience, I should know how to get (and stay) in shape. Right? Wrong!

Sadly, after my competitive years ended I found the old standby's simply weren't working the way they used to. So, I contacted Cari at MusclesForMe. It was the RIGHT choice. She and her assistants have proven intelligent, articulate and passionate about what they do. In 5 months, I've reduced my weight from 267lbs to 242lbs, my body fat from 25% to 19%, regained 2" on my chest, reduced my waist 3", increased my bench press to over 400lbs ( 3 reps) and best of all, reduced my time in the one mile run to less than 7 minutes! I'm 49 years old! I haven't been able to do that since college!

How did we make such great strides in such a short period? Cari's outstanding personal attention in both my fitness and nutrition regimen, cutting edge techniques (that didn't exist when I was in competition), great workshops and seminars, and most importantly a goal-oriented approach that made progress seem rather matter of fact (vice a struggle). Don't get me wrong, it wasn't easy. But, I have had much more RIGOROUS programs that didn't produce near the results!

I still have a long path to my goal of 225lbs. I can't think of anyone I would rather have guiding me along the way.......Thanks Cari!
