I'm being generous with one star, but the system does not let me select less.

I placed one order of three items. None of the items were available. The owner's response is he concentrates on his "brick and mortar" business and over the online business.
Turns out the unavailable items have not been available for more than a year. And even now --one month after placing my order, these are still in the online catalog as if a customer could really order them.

I was most distressed by the fact that I was informed of the unavailability of the merchandise only after receiving an order confirmation and after this merchant collected all my personal and account information.

When I expressed this to the owner, he chose to insult me and make it clear that the brick and mortar customers were of greater importance. I was told and I quote: "And if this is "most distressing" I would hope you are able to better arrange your priorities in life."

With fraud and ID theft rampant these days, protecting my financial information is and will remain a priority. I can only wonder why a merchant leaves unavailable items on his website for more than a year. And why he would confirm an order he knows full well he cannot deliver. Most other merchants advise an item is sold out at the beginning of the check out process--before collecting your personal and account information.

Needless to say I have had to go through the inconvenience of changing credit card numbers due to this experience. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone.
