Bought the great Kaymed bed in April 2008 with 10 year warranty. $4,000 was a lot of money for us! They think I'm an idiot and was in violation of "law tags" on bed. This bed has a 2 inch blowout on one side, and was a piece of garbage to lay on the first year! Our Sr. Counsel has agreed to make this right!

I purchased a two-piece queen SIMMONS mattress set from Sit n' Sleep. When it was delivered, it was a two-piece queen matteress from SLEEP, INC. and one of the mattresses was warped. I complained and refused delivery. They attempted to re-deliver a SIMMONS but AGAIN attempted to re-deliver a queen SLEEP INC.,

I denied delivery and cancelled my order.

Sit n' Sleep did fully refund my money, however, it was an unpleasant experience.

I have bought from Sit N Sleep for the last ten years. The experience I had just a month ago is the worst ever. They sold me a bed that wasn't what I was looking for. I went in 3 days later with back problems. They informed to keep sleeping on the mattress, I refused. I also found the mattress online for almost half the price. I gave the manager the print out and I haven't heard from him since. Today I will be contacting corporate, but I am sure there will be a reason that I can't have the mattress for free. They also never gave me a mattress cover and they are trying to bill me for it. I will never shop at there store ever again. I hope that people are aware that they are liars. They guarantee nothing and in the end you pay them way more for the mattress than what it is worth.

We purchased two mattresses from Sit and Sleep one from the Industry store and the other from Montebello. My suggestion is stay away from this horrible mattress store. They are terrible about customer service. The girls that work at the Gardena Headquarters answer the phone like they are GHETTO and cannot help resolve the terrible mattress nightmares you will have. The mattress we purchased a MIRALUX lasted us two weeks before it fell apart. Sit and Sleep refused to take it back or offered us to pay an additional $50 to have an employee inspect it or call the manufacturer yourself. Well that can take a while. Again stay away you will regret it!! Read on all of the complaints this company has. Buy it elsehwhere from a reputable store.

Manufacturers have seemed to cut corners and begun using less quality materials in building beds. You shouldn't blame Sit n Sleep. You have a 10 year warranty with many of the mattresses. What voids a warranty is any type of stain. Even if it is water it can stain your mattress and will void a warranty. You should always cover your bed with a mattress protector. All mattress companies are going through the same issues. You can purchase another mattress from another company but you will get the same results as long as the manufacturers are using the same inexpensive materials when building thier product. I would recommend calling the manufacturer and having them exchange your item. It's thier product and they will stand behind it as long as there are no marks on your bed. You can have your mattress cleaned by a professional if there is a stain. As long as they do not see the stain you can get away with returning it on a warranty issue.

I bought a mattress April 2010. I told them I was disabled an needed something that would really support my back. In may I called to tell them the matress felt like it had no support and I always felt like I was falling out of bed. I was told that to bring it back it would cost between 150 an 500 dollors to restock an then I would have to buy a new mattress. I reminded them that the money I spent on the mattress was all I had in savings, an if I had to pay a restock fee I would be sleeping on the floor. They said to try the matress a little longer while I tried to borrow money to pay for a new one. I called again in June an asked why I was'nt put on there machine to see what kind of mattress I needed like it says on their commercials. I again reminded them that I was having trouble with the matress an asked if I could the differance between the restock an what I paid an was told no. July 26th i called again to corporate office to let them know the mattress was defective an to ask them to please help me because I went to sit on the edge of the bed an due to lack of support I slide off an fell on the floor. Now Im being told it too late to get them to help I should have contacted them sooner. I did talk to them every month since I bought the mattress so now Im a disabled women with no bed an no money to get a new one. I will never buy from them again they are cheaters an don't care about anything but money for them

I was told that if the mattress was defective I could return for a 200 dollar re-stocking fee. I contacted them just after the 90 day warranty, was referred to the customer service center. They would not send anyone out without seeing digital pictures. I didn't have a camera so took a few weeks. Got the pics to them and they never responded. CALLED AGAIN. Yes, I qualify for a new box spring since there is a nail protruding and tearing a hole in the mattress. No, even though the mattress already has a crater in the middle . . . they can't see it on the photo. Sit N Sleep is dishonest and sells inferior products.

If you buy from them (Sit n Sleep), make sure you get what you want. We have been trying for almost 30 days to exchange our $4,000 mattress. The new mattress came today. They said they sent the best delivery team,,,HA! They bounced it off the tail gate of the truck, then punctured holes in it as the tried to get it up our stair case. They were very rough with it. When I told them I wanted to take pictures of the damage, they rushed the mattress out and almost had it loaded before I got back outside. The only thing that kept them at my location to deal with the issue was taking the keys out of the truck. An hour later, and several calls to multiple people (seems the supervisor that we were dealing with wasn't there, even though he promised me he'd be in all day). The old mattress is finally out of my house, they had to leave the mattress with the holes in it (wow, this time they got it up the stair with no problems,,,amazing). Now, Ive got to wait another 13 days to get this damaged mattress replaced, and out of our house. VERY CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! If you do need to speak with anyone there, contact Teresa at extension #1219, so far she has handled my issues the best. Don't deal with Frank, Leanne (ext #1218), or Shannon (ext #1217). GOOD LUCK.

Hmm, what to say. I was on my way back from a manicure, picking up two kids, feeding the kids, and trying to de-stress after work and I had to get a new mattress. Everything is more difficult when you have children running around you're feet. Luckily, getting a mattress wasn't too hard. While the kids jumped on pillows, the salesman pointed me to the best mattress and got everything settled- the least work I did all day. I left with a mattress and could not wait to sleep on it!

I found one I liked, they talked me into it (and they weren't pushy, I just fall in love with mattresses too easily.. i love sleeep). But I got a great mattress for a great price... also found some online discount thingy and it helped some too. Suwheeet!

The sales associate was SO helpful and went into a lot of detail about each mattress. I asked him how he knew so much about how it was made and he explained that all the sales associates go through months of ""continuing education"" and visit all the factories. I thought that was pretty cool.

I found a great Sealy mattress but have to talk it over with the hubby and have him lay on it. I'm sold! (Plus, they took like $400 off the price!!!!) Woooohoooooooo

They wouldn't say and did not refute when I said it could be only $1 less! This company plays with the word "free" knowing that the general public is pretty dumb.
Someone told me they sell second quality items. I don't know if that is true.
