Let's just say Pilates Manhattan is an addictive experience! Since I've been training here I've noticed a difference in my abs, inner tighs, and lower back. I've always had lower back pain. With regular Pilates instruction I am almost pain free and I can't wait until my next session! The staff and instructors are beyond the best and make you feel comfortable at whatever level you are. If it's a "feel good" work out you're looking for or a hard core intense muscle burn, you will get the best core workout at Pilates Manhattan. And the location makes your day - a cool ocean breeze fills the room and the serene atmosphere puts you in a trance while you work through your Pilates moves. I highly recommend Pilates Manhattan! I love going to this studio because of the beautiful location, and because I am confident in the instructors. They all have been through a rigorous 1 year program of training with over 800 hours of training. Some "pilates instructors" think they are extensively trained by completing only a weekend course. I know at Pilates Manhattan I am being taught the original method of pilates! No wonder why my body looks insane, I am so long, and lean!!!!!

This is the best Pilates studio in LA. If you are looking for the quickest most enjoyable way to improve your body and your health--this is it! The instuctors are knowledgeable, encouraging and challenging. Most of all, they make the sessions so much fun, the time flies by. You will never be bored working out here, they are always surprising us with new tricks! I drive one hour to get here, and it's the best part of my week.
After working out here, I have had strangers ask me where I do pilates!!

Great location..... downtown Manhattan Beach. I work out with an ocean breeze and a great view of the pier. Instructors are awesome!!!!!!! My instructor is a nutritionist as well. I've lost 8 lbs.

Someone once recommended I do Pilates to help rehabilitate from a lower back injury. Having been an athelete for most of my life, being injured was not something I was capable of coping with easily. Once I began the Pilates sessions, I recognized the value of core strength and it was because these instructors know exactly what they are doing. This is a studio filled with professional trainers who focus exclusively on you and your needs. I highly recommend Pilates as a form of exercise and rehabilitation. Further, I highly recommend Pilates Manhattan; it's a great atmosphere and view in addition to quality instruction.
