While in the market to swap out vehicles, I stopped by Randall Noe Ford in Terrell. I had already done my homework and been shopping around. I am well acquainted with dealership sales. The particular draw of Randall Noe Ford in Terrell was the group's ownership of a number of dealerships, which included one for my brand of automobile.

The draw to that is a higher Black Book trade-in for a car as new as the one I had, because they could "Certify" the car and thus sell it at a better price on their own lot, rather than send it to auction.

They offered to find the vehicle I wanted, but tried to convince me to look at other colors. When they told me they were unable to locate any vehicles with my exact specifications, I provided them with the exact vehicle sitting in on the lot, exactly 37.4 miles away... or, well within their search radius.

I stayed in contact and scheduled a time to meet the salesperson for an appraisal on my trade-in vehicle.

I arrived a few minutes early and the salesman was not there. They tried to call him, but his cell phone went to voicemail, the same as it did for me. They got my car appraised and said they'd have my salesperson call me with the numbers when he came into work.

Not only did "my" salesperson not call me to return my call from that morning to let him know I was on the way, he never called with the appraisal, not that day nor any day since.

In fact, NO ONE from Randall Noe Ford in Terrell bothered to call me back.

I happened by, stopped in, already had financing pre-approved, already had the vehicle build determined, found the vehicle for them, Randall Noe who "beats every price" failed to beat the price I gave them from competing Ford dealerships, my salesman failed to come to work on time as scheduled, failed to meet me as arranged just the evening before, failed to return my call, failed to ever call with an appraisal, and the dealership completely failed to follow up or even offer an apology for wasting my time and having me make a 90-mile round trip for nothing.

I walked into a Ford dealership at 11am today and by noon, they had acquired the vehicle, brought to the dealership, and completed all of my paperwork. All the accessories will be installed in the morning, the vehicle cleaned and delivered tomorrow afternoon.

That dealership? With friendly & fast service? Sam Pack 5-Star Ford on I-35 in Carrollton, TX. My salesperson? Mike Redmond. My incredible accessory manager taking care of a few aftermarket items? Sheila Rhodes.

Outstanding people. Outstanding deal. Those two are genuinely friendly; NOT a fake bone in their bodies. If you need a real dealership 24/7, instead of one that can't do their job and doesn't seem to want you money, then the 24/7/365 place for you is Sam Pack!

I picked the Santa Fe that I wanted, they had it ready when I got there and I test drove it. We went through the paperwork and everything went smoothly and I was there only a few hours and not a whole day like other times when I bought cars at other dealers. It was a painless process.

This review is intended for the NEW Ford sales department at Randall Noe.

I emailed them about a new car listed on their website. It was pretty close, but not exactly what I wanted. The main problem being the interior was not the color I desired. But for the price we agreed upon, and the other options on the car, it had the potential for being a good deal. They kept telling me to come in and we can work out a deal, so I agreed to come in.

So i arrive at the dealership and I cant believe the unprofessional attitude and appearance of the so called "sales manager" and the "salesman". I honestly could not tell the difference between them and some bums off the street. I'm so glad my deal fell through with them. It was the worst dealership experience I've ever had.

First, it started when they took my license and and wouldn't give it back. I had to test drive the car without it. The car had no gas, so I had to stop and put $5 worth of gas in it. I never got my $5 back.

Then, when I realized I couldn't get the rate I wanted at the price we agreed on, they put the pressure on me to raise the price of the vehicle by $3000 and then I could get a lower rate. I told them no way.

They told me I wouldn't find a better deal any where else and that they were not making any money off of this. When I told them I had looked at one their competitor dealers for the same car, they either called or went on the net and then informed me that I still couldn't get a better deal there.

At that point I was done, but they still refused to give me my license back. I was told it was "next door, and we'll get it in a minute." I told them it was no deal and needed my license back so I could leave. So we walked all the way back to what they call the "sales office" and they still couldn't find my license.

At this point I was angry, I told him that I wasn't changing my mind about the deal, and to get me my license immediately. His response was "Dude, I don't know where it is." Some other guy sitting there playing on his cell phone looks up at me and, in a smart a** tone says, "You must be the guy who wanted the low rate." I replied "Yes, I'm that guy". he then said, "Well, you must not be in the market for a new car today." I told him, "I guess not."

About this time the so called "Sales man" comes strolling in with my License. I had no idea where we was or what he had been doing with it. I took it and left.

Keep in mind I was trying to buy a $30000 brand new car, and we just recently had my wife's car serviced there as well.

So now I will NEVER step foot in that dealership again either to buy a car or have one serviced.

The next day I went to their competitor and bought the exact car I wanted at the price and rate I wanted as well.

These guys do not do what they say they will. I bought a vehicle from Randall Noe Ford and was promised they would fix several items that I pointed out to them when I took it. They said bring it back later and they would fix it. They never did. I ended up having to take it somewhere else. Mr. Noe was very rude and made sexual advances toward me.
