OK, I spent way to much looking for just the right company to build my pool 6 years ago. I got bids from more than 5 companies and still went with Patio even though the cost was the highest. Now I wanted to add pebbletec and few other fun things so instead of searching and bidding I went with Patio again. Once again they were nothing but professional all the way from start to finish! By the way, if you are planning a new pool, go with Patio. I had one friend get caught up in the Mystic pool fiasco and I just heard that 2 other companies in Tucson are now going out of business as well. I guess longevity really does matter, more so today than ever before.

Pros: The people are the best always friendly and professionally

Cons: Wish they cost less but it is true - you get what you pay for so I paid for and got the best

Just moved into a home with a pool. Knew nothing about pools so several of my new neighbors suggested I go to Patio. Boy was I impressed! They not only helped me balance the pool to where it should be, they also were able to instruct me on how to keep it perfect! The best part was they were also able to have their service department come out and inspect my equipment! Now I know there is nothing to worry about as I close the pool down for the winter. Got love a place that offers so much in one place with the friendliest people! I am a customer for live (or at least as long as I own a pool).

I had a part go out on my DE pool filter and went here to order a replacement. They store was pretty busy and I had to wait about 15 minutes to be helped. The person who helped me had no idea how to look up the part I needed and so he had to call someone else over. After looking at the part and the product manual I brought in they figured out that they would have to call their supplier 2 days later to see if they could get the part. They took down my telephone number and left a message for me the 2 days later. I called them back the next day and the person helping me wasn't there that day and I verified I wanted the part ordered and which part. I never heard back and called again 2 days later and they were going to get back with me when whoever it was that helped me was in. I still hadn't heard back from them a week later and ended up using a different pool store.

PROS: Not one
CONS: Poor customer service and follow up
