There isnt really a spa although the shop's look is appealing (from the inside at least). Everything started off fine when i received my semi-permenant color (black). It was even and fairly nice. But she made the huge mistake of putting in a LEAVE IN conditioner which is not for everyone and putting me under the dome dryer...a blow dryer did not touch my hair (and everyone who is african american knows that's a NO NO) and I was getting a quick weave throughout my natural hair. She doesnt know how to use a pressing comb and uses entirely too much holding spray...who uses holding spray anymore?? my hair was hard and unmanageble..I had to go home and spend another hr fixing it....and to top it all of she wanted to charge me $115. A complete joke. Terrible stylist who is over confident in her skill, which is lacking. The only thing that I liked about my hair was the color and how she cut my extensions...other than that completly unsatisfied.</p> S.
