They cost me my Bachelor party. After ordering with plenty of time, THEY forgot to order it and asked me to come a few days after (a day before my wedding). THEY again, lost it by giving it to someone else and I had to wait HOURS for the tux to be returned. I was not able to attend my bachelor party because of this mess. Not only that, but it didn't fit right. They altered it once, but I ran out of time and my pants kept falling low at my wedding. They ALSO forgot the suspenders, but I forgot to check as I was already panicking.

They offered no compensation and refused when asked directly.

Avoid this shop. They lost my Tux twice and cost me my bachelor party. They were not nice and did not offer any compensation even when directly asked.

My soon-to-be-wife needed her wedding dress hemmed so we went to Budget Bridal. The first impression was very negative because:

a: The building they work out of looks like a run-down trailer home which I was able to overlook because I grew up in the area...

see here: http://tinyurl.com/p9g58d

b. Several wedding dresses were hanging on the Steel Window Bars as well as well as a ridiculous clothes rack. Now, keep in mind that there's a lot of dirt and dust in this area... It looked like a bridal flea market.

c. The woman who helps us initially was dressed in way-too-tight pedal pusher jeans and a sleeveless t-shirt. What made this bad is that she was covered in tattoos... of Simpsons characters.

So, on a time budget, we went ahead and had them take a look at the wedding dress. When we went to pick it up, my wife tried it on it and saw that they completely ruined the dress. The length of the slip was about 8 inches shorter than the lace fabric that goes over it... it looked ridiculous.

So the dress was ruined... but that's not the reason I'm giving such a negative review. The owner (I think) was there when we picked up the dress. She tried to convince my wife that there was no screw-up and that people like to have the slip much shorter... I'm not fashion guru, but I'm certainly not stupid either. She clearly knew that the dress was ruined, but tried to pull a fast one on us. She then said, "don't worry, we'll get this fixed and extend the length... no problem." Left without options, we went ahead and let her.... which meant that she had to sew a piece of fabric back onto the slip. So, the next day, we went to pick up the dress and as expected, you can totally see the extra stitching clear as day.... My wife started crying...

The lady who messed up came to apology and acknowledged that they made a huge mistake, which was nice. These things happen, I understand. What I don't understand is how the owner felt okay, and even comfortable, lying to us and trying to pull the wool over our eyes.

On a positive side, they didn't charge us for the dress.... which is good because they are WAY OVERPRICED anyway.

The women who run this place are very helpful and friendly. They also do great work, they did work on all my bridesmaids dresses and flower girl dresses and the work was very good.
