Gerry White runs a completley smooth and hip salon. ALL the stylists are truly great (have used them all - I love to have my hair fussed over). Every single time I have had cut or color or blow outs I get compliments - they are addictive (the salon results and the compliments!). Katie gives a superb facial, I go once a month and wish I could go more! Don't miss Luc if massage is your thing - amazing. Yup, I'm gushing, but have spent the time there to earn the right! Check 'em out!!

White Salon provides a great environment with a wonderful staff that makes you feel welcome and comfortable the minute you walk in. Not only do I use them for my hair services but the spa services are better than any other day spa in town. I am truly a Raving Fan! I have had my hair cut by almost all the stylist and each time it has been perfect. The reason I know this is because since going to White Salon each time I have a service and go back to work I get more compliments and questions for where I go for my services. I have referred many happy customers to this Salon and will continue to do so.

I moved to Houston a year ago and have been going to White Salon for all my salon needs. Katy is an amazing aesthetician and will get you in and out of a brazilian in 20 minutes. Will is a master of the highlights. I have recommended this salon to all of my friends and will continue to spread the good word!

I have been here before, but not to the stylist that I saw on this trip. I called to make an appt, and was told that I would be seeing "Diono". He did not do what I asked to have done. He told me that I needed a $40 conditioning treatment, and when I declined, he offered again and said that I REALLY NEEDED IT. He then had someone shampoo me, and she told me that I really needed it as well. It made me very uncomfortable. Then after. I suffered through a lengthy blowdry with this girl while he chatted on his cell phone. Not cool.

I have been going here for a few months. Whitney is my stylist, and I love her. I was new to area, and I tried a few other places and was totally disappointed. Whitney is fabolous. I highly reccomend White Salon.

I have been going to another salon for my facials and was tired of the horrible service. A freind of mine suggested White and I decided to give them a try....I was very impressed! My facialist (Yvonne) was great!
I loved the products and her touch was very soothing and comforting. I have found a new facialist and I can't wait until my next appt!

After several months (almost a year in 2002) of searching for a colorist / stylist with the expertise and impressive talent to which I was accustomed in Chicago, I found Will Fingleman in my new hometown of Houston. "White" is a great place with a fantastic atmosphere, but my primary reason for frequenting that salon is Will (I loyally followed him from his former salon). I'm writing this today as a service to all of my friends and coworkers who have been ceaselessly complimenting my latest highlight / cut!

I was referred to White Salon by a longtime client of mine. She told Me that Will had been high-lighting Her hair for years. So I made an appointment for a cut and high-light. I have never been more pleased with the outcome. He took my outdated color and gave it new life. He gave me a cut that took yrs off my age. I cannot recommend Will enough. He was professional, sweet, and made Me feel comfortable the whole time I was with Him. Thanks to Will and White Salon!!

My best friend gave me a gift certificate for a facial and I'm so glad she did! I have had many facials but I have never felt so wonderful after. Yvonne did an amazing job and she was very knowledgeable. Thanks White for a great experience!

I had been going to another salon in Houston for over 3 years. The front desk and the owner were absolutely horrible, but I kept going because I like the facialist. Finally enough was enough and I could not longer take the owner and front desk personels attitudes. I went into White to give it a try and have been going ever since. Yvonee is great!!! She is very attentive, knowledgeable, and punctual. The front desk individuals are also quite nice. They are always pleasant in person and on the phone. Yvonne knows exactly what your skin will need. I have had several of the facials and she always lets me know exactly what she is doing. She nor their staff try to hard sell you. They just want you to be aware of what they are doing and if they are having any specials. I will definately remain a client and would strongly recommend trying Yvonne for facials or waxing.

Will Fingelman is a unique gem. Not only does this fantastic Stylist listen to me, he is creative and highly-skilled. I have been going to Will for 5 years and REFUSE to see anyone else for my highlights, color and cut. He cares about the quality of my hair making sure that I don?t sustain damage. He provides high-quality work and has personalized my look to suit exactly what I desire, making my style my own. I highly recommend Will to anyone. You won?t be sorry. I never have been.

This is a wonderful salon! Classy and extremely unpretentious. Appointments are seamlessly meticulously scheduled so waits are rare and if they do occur, it's not more than 10 minutes. Will is an amazing stylist who listens to his clients and interprets requests with precision, many times exceeding the original vision. HIs artistry really shines with color. I walk out each time feeling like I am walking on air and ready to conquer the world with whichever style Will has created for me.

So I will completely recommed that everyone go see Lonnie here at Salon White. Why? Well, I've know him for several years and I've followed him from other salons. The one thing that I tell all my friends about him is that I can just go and sit in his chair and by the time he's done I'm prettier then when I came in. He is one of the few people that I actually feel comfortable with just saying "Do whatever you like, I trust you" He takes his work seriously and his goal is make sure he sees a smile on your face and that your in love with the new face that you see in the mirror. He's great and cutting and coloring my most unruly curly hair and making me into new woman each time.
Thank you again Lonnie, I felt like the sexiest girl at my high school reunion the other night. All thanks to you!

I logged on to write a review and was pleasantly surprised to see that a lot of people had already written what I was going to say. White Salon is a great place. The staff is always friendly and courteous and there's absolutely no attitude at the place. It's very relaxed with good music (most of the time). And, yes--I have to agree with a lot of other reviews that Will is the best stylist I know. I've been to a lot of places in Houston, and I have to say that Will is a definite pro at what he does. I followed Will from another place he used to work a few years back. He's that good! So, yeah--I highly recommend the Salon. It's very well-managed.

White Salon is amazing! I recently received a massage from Luc, who worked WONDERS on my back!!!! Not only was the massage great, I only paid $59 for an hour because of their special this month! I also received a facial from Yvonne who gave me an amazing facial! I've gone to Katy many times for a facial and am so happy that I have two great estheticians to choose from now!!! I'm so glad I've found White.

I have to say that Will Fingelman is the primo stylist! I feel at complete comfort when I sit at his station and don't even have to say a word about what I want. I get to sit back and let him do his magic. Excellent job with highlights and cuts. The salon is professional, clean and prompt.

My daughter & I came in for facials and had a wonderful experience. My skin felt so fresh and I actually had a "glow" and my daughters skin never looked better even after a few days! We have been to SEVERAL spas and after comparing notes we truly believe that White did the best job. if you have never had a facial from White you must try! Oh yes..I had Yvonne and my daughter had Katie. Thanks girls!

Will Fingelman is the best. I have been through over 6 stylists throughout the years...that is until I found Will. He does a fabulous job with highlights as well as cut and style. He is the total package!! Don't waste your time with other salons...go to the best!!

I just moved to Houston a year ago and have tried several different hair salons until I came upon Will @ White Salon. I have to say that Will is quite the hair style expert! I came in looking for a change and he did just that. I now have great highlights and new bangs which have received rave reviews. I highly recommend seeing Will if you are looking for a new style for Fall!

Pros: Very flexible, works with the guest to create the right style, fun atmosphere.

Cons: wanted more time for the hair wash-great unexpected massage!!

I began seeing Will at White Salon two yrs ago when I moved to Houston from Dallas... I did not want to cheat on my stylist in Dallas, but my husband thought driving back to Dallas for my hair was RIDICULOUS... So, my co-worker recommended Will, and the rest is history... He gave me Hollywood-worthy hi-lites, and an amazing style!!! No one can compare!! Love Him, and love the salon... and Katy gives a great facial!! Loves it.

I have gone to so many salons in houston and i found one that is clean and people are friendly. The person at the front desk put me with Will Fingleman after i explained that it is such an event to hi-light and color my hair. Although my hair may be dark, i want to be a natural blond. Will is always consistent with keeping me blond and hot!! You must try him out, you will not be sorry.

White Salon is the absolute best. Will has been my stylist for years and him joining the team at White has been truly wonderful. The salon has a great trendy feel and the entire staff seems eager to make sure you are leave happy. I've always been pleased with the friendly and accomadating front desk staff, Thanks Bryce and Sarah. If you've had it with your old salon or are just looking for a change of scenery White Salon is the place for you. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

I can't say enough about White A Salon!. I'm a customer 1-2 times a month for hair color, haircut, and style. I have very thick, naturally wavy hair -- in a word, difficult. Luckily, Will Fingelman knows how to tame my mane. I'm always amazed how he gets my hair to behave and make me look and feel like a million! All I can say is, if you want a salon experience where the staff is knowledgeable, personable, and professional, then this is the place!

I have never written a review on Citysearch before, but I had such an amazing experience at White Salon today that I felt compelled to write.

I just had my highlights with Will Fingelman and I could not be happier! When I lived in N.Y.C. I was able to go to some of the best salons in the country and when we moved to Houston I never thought I would find someone that would put my previous stylists to shame like Will has now done.

Pros: Great Salon and tons of parking!

I really enjoy going to White. Allison, and her assistant, Gregory, are always very attentive. Appointments always run on-time-- which is very important to me because I usually go on my lunch break. My wife started going there also, and she loves it, too.

i have been getting this service done for a long time but never have i recommended it to anyone. the girl who does the bikini waxes here is one of the best ever. She is very thorough and so much quicker than anyone i have ever met. You guys have a customer for life!!!
