I have purchased a vehicle that stopped immediately after driving off the dealership lot. The deal was finally signed after hours and the salesman had left from a different exit off the lot. The next day I returned to the dealer Habib, to inform them of the vehicle and was told to take the vehicles across the street. I went inside and was told the mechanic will be out for about a week and to try the following week. I then proceeded to get a diagnostic test from autozone and received two codes. I brought the code ticket to the dealership and informed them that they had lied to me, I was told before purchasing, the reason for the oil smell was from the pressure washing of the engine along with the check engine light. The engine light was off the day of the purchase but after stalling, the check engine light along with error messages showed. The following week I returned to the dealership and was informed the mechanic was not in. I gave them the keys and the vehicle. A week later I returned to the dealership hoping to retrieve my vehicle. Upon entering I was continuously ignored by the workers there until my friend started getting agitated and started making remarks to me about the service. I was informed to talk to Robert and was told they haven't done anything to my vehicle, and was told the mechanic was backed up. I left with the vehicle and returned the following week and was told would not work on my vehicle unless a payment of $200 was made. I put a down payment of 3,000 on the vehicle and was deferred TTL. The vehicle was immobile unless driven in a standard transmission form which then used an excess amount of gas, they refused to check the vehicle out that they misled me to buy, so I was refusing to pay. Eventually I was threated of having my vehicle repo. I drove the vehicle to the dealership to prevent a repo fee on April 26th and the vehicle stopped immediately in front the dealership. Workers had to push the vehicle to the lot. I inquired about a loaner vehicle and was told I could not receive any until the past due amount was paid which was close to $1,000. Approximately 2 weeks passed and there was still no status upon my vehicle being fixed. I was informed the mechanic was backed up. Eventually I paid all late fees hoping to get a loaner vehicle, but they had none available. I finally received a loaner vehicle in late May which was less valued than the vehicle I purchased. A week after having the loaner vehicle a code shows that says a oil change is needed. I did contact the dealership to inform them and was told its not really a big problem and it would take the mechanic a few days to get to the oil change, but I could bring it in if Id like. I offered to pay for the oil change and was informed they would not reimburse me. Knowing that my vehicle I'm paying 400/month is still in the shop I chose to take her advice and don't worry about the oil change. On May 20, I experienced a blow out in the loaner vehicle and started sliding on the highway. Luckily I maintained control and no one was injured. I proceeded to change the tire, but there was no spare. It was blown also. I tried to use the ONSTAR feature that's in the vehicle, and even with the volume fully amplified only a faint mute sound could be heard from the ONSTAR service. I pay full coverage insurance but with just my luck my phone was dead. Eventually a passing tow truck helped me out being that I was still in my military uniform. He pointed out that the two rear tires were also bald and threads and wires are showing. My vehicle was purchased on March 24, I have been paying full coverage on an immobile vehicle, and a dangerous loanerI have put close to $6,000 towards the vehicle.

on july 26th i made a payment of close to $1,000 plus insurance to pick up my vehicle. After the vehicle was picked up, it broke down appx 25 miles from the dealership, i called the dealership and all they said is they could tow it to the dealership to have it looked at. Its already been in the shop for over 110 days. Then she stated that I have to buy a catalytic converter. Before purchasing the vehicle they never mentioned anything about a catylic converter, which is close to $1,000 plus labor, I asked if I buy the part will they fix it and was told no. I have have been misled through this whole purchasing process and was withheld from vital information concerning the vehicle. They will not refund nor fix the lemon I was sold. Instead they just want payments.

Bought a clean Lincoln Navigator a month and a half ago was pretty happy and satisfied with my purchase and confident that my $10,000 paid in (downpayment with upfront fees, and 2 biweekly car payments) was not only towards my vehicle but the beginning of a long term good relationship with Amazon. Over the weekend 2 miles away from home the truck just shut off on me and wouldnt restart. I had to have it towed for $145 home and call Amazon Monday to see what could be worked out seeing that I am not even 2months in it, still have temporary plates on the vehicle and a $30,000 commitment to them. Vehicle was picked up and taken to Amazon for them to diagnose the problem. Turns out it was the fuel pump and to add insult to injury I was being charged tow charges for a total of roughly $480 that must be paid upfront. As a buyer I took the risk of purchasing a vehicle "AS IS" no warranty giving the seller the benefit of doubt that my great experiences with past car dealers afforded them. You would think despite the aforementioned contractual removal of liability- that Amazon would extend a common courtesy as a business or in the interest of preserving customer satisfaction and their reputation, and waive one time cost of repair and towing or heck at least the towing when I havent had it but a month and a half! No such luck.. I am now disgusted, panicked, and terrified that I have bought a "lemon" with who knows what other problems under the hood. If buyer's remorse were an actual ailment I'd be terminal.

I'm a customer for life! I wen to Amazon with very little money looking for a cheap car. They introduced me to the Air Check Program and I ended up in driving a 2008 Impala under warranty!! :) Very respectful crew. I have referred several family members and friends since and they all had great experiences. I will never buy a car anywhere else!

A friend of mine introduced me to Amazon when I wanted to trade-in my old ford thin they told me about the $ 3000 of the AirCheck program and help me with application.
I end up getting 3000 for an old wrecked car that was worth not more than 500.
They didn??t try to push me for one of their cars but they loaned me an SUV until they found me the one I liked.
It was a nice experience and will defiantly give them the chance first before I buy any vehicle
They also have a nice referral program.

The vehicles are not properly maintained ....I purchased a vehicle that needed an oil change, fuel pump, new brakes and wheel bearings. I regreat ever doing business with them. They charge you almost double for what the vehicle is worth getting their cut up front with a sizable down payment of $2500-$4000
