I bought blinds and they arrived late 2 weeks and they were damaged. I was upset because I had exact same issue with Home Depot and I decided to bring just damaged parts. I brought in damaged parts and they ordered new blinds. New blinds arrived and they were damaged too but I was able to find good parts and removed those and gave them back my damaged parts. I spend so much time on this but they resolved the problem. I am happy to say that all this mess lasted 3 month taking down and installing blinds but the company took care of me. Just wanted to thank you.
PROS: Expensive Blinds but good product
CONS: Quality needs improvement. Bali Blinds
