Pepins Motel

coming home for HS reunion, i chose Pepin's for the low rate ($49/double occupancy-$38/single) which was $30-$70 cheaper than all other motels in area. The bonus was the cleanliness of rooms. we only needed 1 night, but i would highly recommend Pepin's if you need a place to crash while you spend your day exploring the NE Kingdom of VT. Close to Newport, Lake Memphremagog, Canadian border, Jay Peak. the management was super friendly.
would absolutely stay again.

Located right across from McDonald's off of exit 28 on 91 north. McDonald's isn't the only place to eat, a few minutes down the road is a cow palace an elegant place of choice where you can also take the kids to see live elk. Across the road from Pepin's Motel is a great activity place called Winny's World which has miniature golf, and go carts. Also while you stay at Pepin's Motel travel five miles to visit Lake Memphremagog and walk the famous boardwalk taking you through the lake's history. Not only are the attractions around Pepin's nice, but the rooms have all been renovated.

If you have to stay there, the room is adequate for the night. It is right on Rt 5 in a busy section, but close to stores and fast food. Room has the barest of amenities. Not a family place.
