I was not impressed at all.. this tire company is run-downed and the service wasn't fast at all.. what happened to the way it used to be?

I was not impressed at all.. this tire company is run-downed and the service wasn't fast at all.. what happened to the way it used to be?
The service was ok.. I had to wait a bit because it was a Sunday. I didn't like the fact they had no seating.. and the building looked run- downed inside and out I wasn't impressed at all.
