ivery very rude! I came in to see what they offered and what thier price range was, someone yelled from the back that i needed an appointment. When another sales lady came to the front she said she doesn't let anyone look at the dresses. UM how and I supposed to know if I am even interested in anything if I can't see them? So I said I was sorry to bother her and left the store. A little politeness goes a long way, especially in a costumer service business. I will be sure the tell my friends and family not to waste thier time here!!!!! sorry that i couldn't put no stars next to this review

I found a dress online that I loved, and discovered that the only place in Rochester that carried the line was Susan Deborah. I called several times to be told that the person who "knows anything" about what they carry was not there or unavailable. When I finally spoke to her and discovered that they had the dress I wanted I set up an appointment. I went in with another engaged friend of mine to see the dress in person. We were greeted by an EXTREMELY rude woman who first said, "where is your Mother?" followed by, " what is your budget?" When my friend answered, "around $2,000" the woman said, "I have nothing for you" and walked away. The dress I was there to see was rather pricey, and without even seeing my in it I was told that it would not look good on me. Needless to say we left without even removing our shoes and coats. This is supposed to a fun and exciting experience. The staff there is condecending, rude and nasty. I won't waste my time or money there, and you shouldn't either!

When I left here, I cried. Honestly.
I was so excited to come here because of the beautiful dresses, and relieved that I wouldn't have to travel far at all for the designer names, but...
The women were unbelievably rude to me, and just plain mean. They told my bridesmaid over and over that she could not try on dresses because she was too big, which was an absolutely horrible thing to do to somebody. (She is super cute and we are both very polite, so I was very hurt by this.) They looked me up and down (I have tattoos, but they are very nice and not scary) and told me they "have nothing for me here," even though I said, "I liked a dress from your website" and was looking for a strapless A-line, which I saw plenty of there (I even liked a dress on a bride currently being helped). It was a very Pretty Woman experience.

For my Mellisa Sweet attire, we are going to Boston where I had a very pleasant experience. I have instructed my bridesmaids to order from Priscilla of Boston where a family member will be able to pick them up and bring them here.

Because the ladies were about 65 and I was taught to respect my elders, I felt bad fully expressing how insanely nasty they were to us. I just hope somebody will avoid them because of this review, and not because I want the business to lose money, but because I don't want another bride to cry during what is suppose to be an exciting time.

Pros: They might have nice dresses, I'm not sure because they wouldn not service me.

Cons: If heaven was only open to people who treated others even half-way decent, these sales women would be headed south. Fast.
