Good venue to let loose from your day and dance! Just don't go home with anyone that you meet there.

Drinks are pricey but the venue is good...usually some pretty big names in the DJ world spinning here.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Vero & Marion at Event Premiere, Inc. for organising some top nights out at Pink Elephant, Mansion (M2) and Marquee.

Having recently moved to Manhattan from London, I was keen to check out the club scene. I contacted Vero and she went to a lot of trouble to ensure my party had fun and that there was no hassle at the door.

Whether you are going out in a small or large group, and whether you require guestlist admission or bottles/table service, they will take care of you.

Thanks again for everything. My friends and I look forward to many more excellent nights.

If you want to try some of the most exclusive clubs in Manhattan, give Vero a call or text on 917 569 0979.

Pros: Excellent music, good looking people, nice vibe. I love it!

Cons: Pricey drinks.

Mansion is a great club with a very tough door policy... if you don't get in with a promoter, you will have to pay the 25 dollars cover charge.

If you meet Marion and Vero at 12 sharp you can avoid to pay the cover . They will walk you in no cover by the small door (on the right side). You can text Marion at 917 557 5787 to rsvp.

I also went to Mansion on New Years Eve and it was awful. It didn't dawn on me until after I bought my ticket online that ANYONE could buy a ticket which meant that the normal crowd would not be there. Getting in was fast. Cost check was crowded but went pretty fast too. Once you got through the tunnel to get to the dance floor you couldn't move. The bar was 6 deep. So, much for open bar when you can't even get to the bar. All of the bartenders kept asking everyone, "you're going tip me right? you're gonna give me a big tip." It's open bar, just serve the drinks and do your job. Other areas, like the smaller bar down stairs was blocked of because you need a special ticket to get in there. It was sooooo packed. I'm talking fire hazard packed. If FDNY came by it would have got shut down. There was a guy that was bothering me all night, trying to get me to dance, grabing my arm, etc. and the bouncers did nothing. I saw 2 people throwing up on the dance floor! Is this a frat party or a Club in NYC? And the bouncers gave them buckets to do it in. How about you kick them out if they can't handle their liquor?! The night was a mess and it was obvious that the staff didn't care because they already got their money from our pre-paid tickets. I also found out from a bouncer that the owners of Mansion sold the night to a promotions company and it was the promotions company that over sold the tickets to anyone and everyone. So, don't judge Mansion by this night. But Mansion, come on, you should be worried about your reputation and how awful this night was and how many people are going to have bad thoughts about your club because of a night that you had nothing to do with. Mansion, if you want to stay relevent, you need to step it up.

Pros: Line at door and bathroom were fast.

Cons: Bartenders that were full of themselves. Careless bouncers

The venue itself is decent. However, the club allows smoking indoors. If you are familiar with NYC regulations, indoor smoking has been banned for quite some time. During a recent party I went to, there were at least 12-18 people smoking near the bar. When I confronted the bouncer about it, he said "management allows it." When I confronted a woman who was seemingly with management, she said "if it bothers you that much, call 911." When I called Mansion a few days later, the woman who answered the phone acknowledged it was a recurring problem but "the City (New York) doesn't' do much about it."

It is unbelievable that smoking would be allowed. It is a sick, disgusting, vile habit that often does more damage to those people inhaling secondhand smoke than the smoker itself.

Other issues with the venue included serious overcrowded, rude staff, and selfish bartenders who refused to serve you during open bar unless you gave them a $20+ tip.

Pros: NYC

Cons: Everything

Entering the club and making it to coat check was probably the only thing good about Mansion. We did not wait long at the entrance and had no difficulty checking in and retrieving our coats HOWEVER the rest of the night was a disaster. After paying an obscene price for an open bar+admission, bartenders would not serve patrons until they waived around $20 bills as a tip. After getting your $20 beer you would be shuffled to the back area of the club near the 2nd mens bathroom where you could find over 20 people SMOKING INDOORS. I approached a bouncer and asked him to handle the situation, he explained that the management allows it. When I finally ran into a woman who was with management she said that they can not stop people from bringing in cigarettes and smoking. Correct me if I am wrong, but smoking in NYC was BANNED YEARS AGO.

If you think that was the worst part of the night...it was actually being SMOTHERED and PINNED onto the walls and into other people by Mansion escorts that would waive flashlights and then body slam you to move out of the way. Where are we to go when you over sell and pack people in worse than the E train?! Myself and others had become distraught by being smacked in the face and not being able to breathe that we exited Mansion at 12:30am.

I am certain that if there were a fire or emergency at Mansion that people would be trapped. I will never in my life return to this establishment and hope that NYC will do something to make sure no one else can return there as well.

Pros: Coat Check was seamless

Cons: Crowded, Selfish Bartneders

i also paid $160 to get into the mezzaine section. The only good part about that was although it was still very crowded there, you werent physically being smushed by all the bodies surrounded you in the general area. The bar was not planned out well at all, there were only 4 bartenders who could not keep up with all the people. I paid $160 for an open bar and deffinitely did not get that. after waiting 1/2 an hour to get drinks i had to hold my "tip" money out so the bartenders could see. even though the girl next to me had been waiting at least 10 min longer than i had she only had a couple singles in her hand and i had a 20. bartender comes up to me takes my $20 "tip money" and says "you can get 4 drinks for that." i would deffinitely not go back ever again. it was overcrowded, misleading "open bar", rude employees, and a bunch of fights broke out also.

Pros: it was warmer inside than it was outside on the street

Cons: price, employees, space, crowded

First of all, I paid $160 to get in for the private mezzanine VIP access for New Years Eve. When I got there the place was SO packed, no one could move, you were stuck standing in their hallway for a half hour. Fighting to get to their ONE bar was ridiculous. You had to wait at least 40 minutes to get a drink and to catch the attention of the four bartenders who were serving and who would only serve you if you were holding out a $20 or higher (when I already paid $160 just to get in!). Also the "VIP" mezzanine did not even have its' own bar, so I really paid an extra $50 to have access to another packed floor. The people who worked there were rude and not helpful. Even on a regular night, I would never go back. The venue itself is aesthetically okay, but there really is no dance floor. This place is not worth it. There are better clubs!!!

This is the worst place I've ever been to - twice. The first time I thought it was a fluke - a famous DJ was playing and we had to pay a $60 cover charge for crappy house music and I got three drinks spilled on me by drunk people. The second time my guy and I brought two girl friends here for New Years Eve and it was a bunch of B&T people. One of my friends almost got punched during a random fight and someone else threw ice that resulted in a huge bump on my forehead while I was innocently dancing. Not to mention that there were over 8 people working coatcheck and only 4 bartenders for the one bar, but I actually saw one bitchy bartender throw two $1 bills back at a patron who ordered two drinks (which are supposed to free after the $150 tickets!) and start yelling at them and the crowd saying "they don't work for free" and "show them who wants drinks" after I'd been holding out a $20 for half an hour and I'm a girl! Suddenly I get service. This place had to be in gross violation of the fire code, there were no good guys (agree my single girls), and this was the worst service and music I've ever had. I would not go back were someone paying for the whole night. This has to be one of the worst clubs I've ever been to.

Pros: decor is okay

Cons: bartenders, crowded, music

I am very discerning when it comes to clubs but I love this place!!!!! The architecture inside and the way it is made is beautiful!!! The music is great, I was dancing all night long. And there are two rooms so if you like hip hop or mainstream you can have that but if you like trance, dance, techno you can have that too!

The bouncer (the dominican one with the beard) and people at the door are realllly nice. They are selective but very courteous and respectful.

I had sooooooo much fun. The crowd is mixed and good looking. Can't wait to go again!

I have to say this has been the WOORST club and most horrible place i have ever been. I am not the type that enjoys to complain but omg. I read the reviews previous to going and thought humm maybe these people are just exaggerating but nope they were right. I went one night with 2 other girls well dress and we are not bad looking girls and after waiting online for about 40 minutes the man told me are you one the guest list I said what? he answered back " I don't have time for this next" and did not let us in. but yet when i called previous to going the girl said that it was a normal night no special events were going on. I have no idea who they think they are as if this were a celebrity club yeah right and let me say their are lots of old jeezy men that go here uhh ! never again belive me this place not only discriminates but its not even worth all the fuss. How much fun can you have with old men?

My friends and I had planned a bachelorette party for our friend! We explained that we were 18 girls, and needed a table with bottles weeks prior to the date. We were quoted $1,000...
We get to the venue, and all of a sudden the cost increases to $1,500... now if it was any other occasion i would have told them to shove it, but b.c we had ALL 18 of us standing in line... they know they are able to get away with it. We barely finished 3 bottles, and had a fourth one paid for without even appearing to our table. When we finally paid our $2,000 tab, all of a sudden a new group has taken over one of our tables b.c our check has been paid for... and i snapped at the waitress like "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON, IS THIS HOW IT WORKS HERE, YOU PAID $2,000 AND BAM! YOUR OUT!"

Anyway, the Bachelorette had no idea what was going on and she had a good time... but I would probably NEVER EVER go here again, and NEVER EVER recommend it to ANYONE because of the AWFUL service we had!

Be careful parking around the area: watch for shutters, yellow lines, hydrants, and taxi stands. Cops love towing cars from the area. The cover is far too much for what you get inside. We got a discount off the regular $30 so we entered for $20, which is also far too much for this club. With lights dimmed out, it is impossible to admire the '30s theme of the Mansion. The only 30s thing are the sl*tty waitresses in French maid dresses. Not s*xy, just distastefully sl*tty.

There are just two sections to this club and oddly enough there is no actual dance floor. There are tons of tables/couches for bottle service, but it seems like most people are smart enough not to throw any more good money after the money wasted on the cover. Drinks are overpriced. It doesn't seem to be a good crowd magnet. Club was fairly empty on a friday night until 11 but things did pick up after 1. About 10% of the girls are hot, half are dressed as $5 wh*res and the rest have too much cushion for my liking. The good thing is that most of the dudes are worthless too so if you are a guy, know that there is not much competition. Guy to girl ratio is 1:2 and most of the guys are loners or losers.

We were a group of 5 guys, and obviously we had to buy bottles to get in. We managed to convince the bouncers to get the $750 table and two bottles. Also, although we were 5 guys, we didn't face any drama at the door and had our cover charges comped. Inside, the first thing I noticed was how big the place is. There are two rooms: the big one is for house music and the smaller adjacent room is for hip hop music. Also, there were a lot of beautiful women. However, I found most of them less friendly and willing to dance compared to the women in other clubs I've been to. The house music also tends to go too slow when transitioning between songs, and I found myself losing a little rhythm. The main thing I liked was the immense size: I didn't encounter any of the elbow to elbow situations found in most other clubs. Altogether, I would recommend it, primarily due to the inexpensive price of bottle service we were able to obtain.

Wack club...the only club on club row (27th, although mansion is on 28th) that tries to charge cover...I am convinced that's because they never have enough people inside to make their money off of alcohol sales like most clubs. So I find myself spending 10-15 minutes trying to get in-once I tell them I don't pay cover they try to argue with me, but both times this has happened when they see that I am leaving they recant and give me a complimentry ticket (hey not trying tout my own horn but I'm a pretty good looking girl). There's never a line compared to other clubs except for one they've the illusion created themselves because once you get past inside is empty. I don't know what to say, the people at the door are disorganized and rude and inside the club the music and decor is okay but it is just not enough to compare to the other places I could be partying wihout the hassle.

This club was way below average. The people who worked there go out of their way not to be nice, and the clientele are gross. For a place with such nice decor you would think they wouldn't let girls in wearing a baggy white t-shirt and jeans. I wouldn't waste your time here. Try a different club.

Crobar was fun, Studio was horrible, and Mansion is def a step up I've been partying in the city for more then 6 years and Mansion is def on top of the list of my favorite clubs very good looking crowd and staff. The music is great you get a little of both house in the main room and hip-hop and raggaeton in the other. The door staff is a bit too snooty we were on a guestlist and after saying the name the door person said he has no clue who that is and after we asked him to make sure he said " I don't know who that is and if you want to come I can give a reduced ticket" We waited for our friend up front and when he walked in the door guy knew exactly who he was and even called him by name. So they need to get off their high horse and do a little work like actually read the list.

Cons: Stuck up door people who are too lazy to do their job and actually check the list.

Went to the Mansion to the Russian party, that was held in the VIP room looking over the main dance floor with many friends, and without a doubt had one of the best times ever. As New Yorkers we have been everywhere and have seen it all. As a regular in Crobar for years I was skeptical to go back but was extremely pleased. No matter what its not about the place but about the crowd you are with, we party like the rock stars and always have a wonderful time. One biggest problem I had and I am sure ladies will agree with me are the slippery steps, going up and down to the main dance floor from the coat check or anywhere else it seemed as the steps were polished with the Vaseline, It was impossible to walk I felt like I was skiing on ice, plus its dark and you cant really see where you are stepping, the owners or the designers did not think it through, there is a law suite ready to happen, there should be some friction on the steps... Ladies wear comfortable shoes guys get in in sneakers so why cant we be comfortable.
Overall I had an amazing night and will definitely go back

I went to Mansion with a couple of friends on a Friday night. The venue is almost too big for its own good. There are these girl dancers that are in a see-through elevator looking things that go up and down... very strange. The girls are wearing masks and kind of look like "kept" women haha. The music in this same room was Euro-music.. I never knew a single song. I had an okay time- I liked the other room with the DJ better though. The price of drinks are as expected- PRICEY! I had bottle service.. but i'm not sure if having it made the place even better?

I might go again..maybe on another night though.. the crowd was kind of sketch.

Went on Friday. Aesthetically pleasing but no vibe whatsoever. The bartenders looked annoyed to take credit cards. One girl went as far to ask if I couldn't pay in cash since it was such a long process to accept cc's. Kidding me right? Since when is taking cc for payment so difficult ? Isn't that what she was hired to do? Anyways, the sound system was off the hook! But the music was very unoriginal. I guess I'm comparing it to Crobar who had the most talented DJs around. The crowd had a cool mix but lets see how long that lasts..

Pros: Beautiful decor

The idea of a megaclub is so not in line with exclusivity these days but somehow Mansion gets the closest I have seen to a perfect balance. I was there for the Bob Sinclar party and had to say I had an amazing time, true: a big DJ party is always a plus...maybe a different party would not work at this club but I think it is a new alternative to the clubs we have in NYC. Definitely not in the same bucket of Pacha NYC...I really like the decor...you definitely feel you are in a Mansion...I would say...think of it as the club version of Buddakan...yeah that feel...I really loved it that there is no dance floor...yeah what used to be the Crobar dance floor now is filled with lounge type couches. I had to admit it that it took me a while to get the idea...but as the night progressed I could see that it works...check out the second floor, the library and you will see what I am talking about. I would definitely recommend it to go here, but make sure there is a good DJ playing...that definitely defines the type of people you will be migling with. I hope it can keep up its idea...unfortunately, a club this big...is hard to get it filled so at some point...it might turn out to be Pacha NYC!

Pros: Nice Decor, Great DJs, Good Vibe, No dancefloor?

Cons: Too big...might just let anyone in in a few months!

Went to Mansion, hoping it would be more New York than the Miami branch of this club. Wrong. Very large, hardly intimate, felt like I was at an arena. Took us an hour to get our table, granted a world known DJ was spinning, but it was so unorganized, his own guest list had a problem getting in. Skip this place and party somewhere on 27th like Guesthouse, Pink Elephant or Marquee if you want something a little more exclusive and intimate.

Pros: Cocktail waitress and table host were nice

Cons: "Mega Club"type feel, not exclusive or intimate.

One of NYC's megaclubs, Crobar isn't for the faint at heart. Top DJ's spin loud music in 3 different rooms for all types of crowds. On a typical night, you'll find hip hop and electronic music in the two larger rooms. While cover and drinks can set your wallet back just a bit, Crobar is one of the quintessential nightspots of New York worth a visit at least once in your "night" life. Due to the varied DJ line-ups and scheduled parties, it's recommended that you call ahead to get the vibe for any given night.
