What Absolutely never had any issue with this office. I have an 8 year old and twin 15 month olds and we are always seen when necessary and our wait is rarely longer than 10 minutes past our appointment time. In a few cases, I waited because too many people came much later than their scheduled appointments -- frustrating -- especially when you are sitting there with sick kid(s). As far as turnover, I see the same doctor for most wellness checks and occasionally some of the others when visiting for illnesses. Unlike other offices, you will ALWAYS see a doctor...not just a physician assistant...and you will NEVER be rushed. Questions are answered thoughtfully and fully. First class operation if you ask me...

The practice is unfortunatly run by non-medical personal. We have waited in the office for almost an hour on a number of visits. I'm not surprised to hear that when a customer(your not a patient) is late that you would be turned away. We never saw the same doctor and turn over of medical staff was very high! Sad, but true what medical care has come. the office manager will decide what type of care your child receives.

Any parent of a newborn understands the urgency of his/her child's well-being, so to see a pediatrics office treat things less seriously can be a concern. we were 20 minutes late to our first scheduled visit out of the hospital, and were told we could not be seen since all the doctors in the practice had a "staff lunch" within five minutes, and were told we had to come back another time once we rescheduled. Certainly timeliness is important, but any doctor that would turn away a newborn and his parents on their first visit---for a reason like this--may not be someone you could count on in an emergency or when your kid has a fever at 3 am one night. clean office, convenient location, and easy parking, but ask yourself how much these may matter when your kid needs a doc in a pinch.

When looking for a doctore for my children, this is the name that kept coming up and i can see why. All of the doctors are very knowledgable and do whatever they can to make your child feel relaxed. You do have a primary doctor that you see but if you have an emergency or someone is sick your doctor may need be available.
