    I gave three stars not for the food for the customers/atmosphere.

    The food is the Panera standard everywhere. Good. I love the Asiago Roast Beef sandwich and the cream of broccoli soup. I always go with my daughter and we share.

    I gave three stars not for the food for the customers/atmosphere.

    The food is the Panera standard everywhere. Good. I love the Asiago Roast Beef sandwich and the cream of broccoli soup. I always go with my daughter and we share.

    My experience, unfortunately, was subpar. I could deal with the cashier, it was a mistake made while trying to quickly take orders, not a matter of health or cleanliness. My utensils had dried food on them, they were in someone else's mouth, if the food was not properly cleaned off, I feel like I was sharing a utensil with a stranger. The employees behind the counter do not have hair-nets. Granted I saw the girl had a baseball cap on, but what about the 16 inch pony tail hanging out the back. And the assistant manager's actions to resolve the situation were less than adequate.We all know the food service industry has flaws, I'm not nieve to it, I'm not
    asking for the place to be shining brilliantly as I walk in. There is going to be food on the floor, crumbs on the seat. I understand that. But the other issues I detailed are inexcusable. Management may feel this is not what their business is about, they may feel their management team has a handle on all this, they may
    have procedures in place to account for all this before it happens, and this is just one incident that may not occur again for some time. But for all these things to happen, all at once, to one person, their system of checks and balances seem a bit questionable.
