Great place to do business with. Very friendly, honest and explained the whole process step by step. The laser girls are fun to be around. I accidentally overheard a conversation from the owner explaining why a former employee wasn't there. "We do not tolerate poor customer service and if I find out it happens they will no longer be with us!" That impressed me to hear that. And I must say they went above and beyond for me. I felt like I made new friends. World Class Service

As a first time laser hair removal experience I can't compare with any others. All I can say is I had a wonderful experience here and the staff treated me like family. I am only half way through and I already have 70-80% of my hair gone. I do not even shave between treatments. Great job!

First of all, they have no medical overseer, (David told me this personally) which is REQUIRED by law, so I don't see how they get away w/this. Dave is NOT a people person AT ALL! He's very abrupt & it appears that all he care about is making his money! Been going there awhile & in the last 6 months, the women's bathroom is ALWAYS out of order, lately the little things that show one cares about customers have been pretty much ignored. Looks like do as little as possible but still collect the money! I don't trust them not having a medical person to oversee everything. I will NOT go back there, I've witnessed too many shady things going on AND he has a high employee turnover. Wonder why? The ones that stay are really not a part of the establishment at all, but a separate entity from which he also makes money. LaToya is AWESOME!! I would follow her wherever she went!

Best laser experience by far. It's not always about the great coupons you find. Believe me I learned that quality over rides a great deal. Although I did received an excellent deal here as well. A little more than the last place but so worth the extra money.The staff is very informative and takes their time to assure a good successful treatment. Not so with the other place.

I came in to cosmetic laser trying to find a solution to the sun spots I was getting on my face. They looked horrible, I am use to having a nice clean face and I wasn??t going to change now the best years of my life. Well, they helped me greatly. With this spot laser removal my skins looks fresher and smooth! Thanks very much it even looks better than before.

The staff here is very friendly and explained everything in detail before I even started. In fact the guy that answered the phone talked to me for 15 minutes without making me have a consultation. Couldn't be happier with my results.

I have been a patient here for over 5 years now. This laser clinic is incomparable to the others I've tried. They worked wonders with botox and have made considerable headway with the IPL treatment for my rosacea. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I wasn't nearly as impressed with this place as they are with themselves. The owner was hurried and didn't speak as he brushed through the lobby....not the 'we treat you like family' attitude they advertise. He was helpful & honest when directly asked a question, but I asked twice to speak to him (although he was in his office) and was told it might be better to make an appointment. Eh.... When I spend a small fortune on something, I don't expect to get brushed off, so maybe I just caught him on a bad day- we all have them. There seems to be a great deal of tension between the small staff with appointment stealing and such, but one gal -Latoya- is a true delight to be around. She could not be friendlier, warmer or more helpful if she tried, I would follow this gal anywhere anywhere she worked. The rest.....not so much. The services were nice & the office is very clean and the prices competetive from what I've researched.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place, love the new location which is very clean and always presentable when I come there. Also, I bought a coupon in Living Social and it was 149.00 for three hair laser removal treatments and they didn't have to give me the other three treatments at the same price, b/c I could only buy one at a time, but they did and I am thankful that they are trying to keep up with the economy and also suit my needs for doing their treatments. I do plan on doing other areas down the road b/c they have worked with me alot and made my payments adjustable along with being very professional! Thank you again!

I can't believe I caught this place at one of their discount specials but I guess I made the right timing. I did the skin tightening / facial rejuvenation procedure with Melissa and am so pleased with my results. I have had 4 different co workers and friends ask what I had done and they can't believe it was just laser. Now they all come to Cosmetic Laser and we are all very pleased. The whole staff was friendly and walked us through the whole procedure. The office environment is set up very professionally and clean. I couldn't have asked for a better place. Now I am excited to try out the hair removal procedures they offer as well. Always wanted it done but have not jumped there yet. But I hear all kinds of good things about it so that is my next step :)

I researched and called almost every place in town and I went with this place because a friend of mine had been there and convinced me not to go anywhere else. I am glad I did. Nothing but great things to say about David and Melissa and the hospitality they gave me throughout my procedures. I recommend this place to anyone that has any skin care issues. You won't regret it.

I am writing this about the statement volbaleku made in his post. I have not yet gone to Cosmetic Laser, but have had two phone conversations and one consultation with Dave. He was extremely informative, told me about the specifics about each laser and I never felt rushed. He invited me to ask any questions and did not complete any conversation or my visit until he was sure I understood everything about the process and the lasers. Without a doubt, there is no other place in Louisville I would have any laser work done except with Dave because the laser quality and knowledge of Cosmetic Laser is way beyond any other consultation I've had in the area. Dave truly knows his stuff and wants to give his patients the absolute best.

There are a lot of places to choose from and I chose Cosmetic Laser because they were the only ones who took the time to explain everything right over the phone. Checked out 6 other places in town and chose this place because of there professionalism and how they educated me on the procedure. Every one else just wanted to hard pressure me to sign up with out really making me feel comfortable. I am very happy with my decision and although I'd like to be discreet on what I had done I highly recommend Cosmetic Laser for anything you desire.

I was looking for a younger skin tone and needed some wrinkles removed. I had consultations at a few other places but was not comfortable with the knowledge they portrayed and the quick consults i received. David took over 30 minutes explaining in detail every step of the process. After answering several of my questions he had spent an hour of his time just during the free consultation. I felt completely comfortable with going forward and this was the best decision I could have made. I chose the laser skin tightening and followed up with microdermabrasions and chemical peels. I have been a customer of Cosmetic Laser for years. Every time I want a new service I still check out the competition and no one compares. You have to see their newest location on Hurstbourne by Shoe Carnival. It is so beautiful and is now a med spa. I look 10 years younger. I would highly recommend Cosmetic Laser to anyone. I found Cosmetic Laser in the B B Bureau book of recommended Louisville businesses. I learned a long time ago to check this out to see if there were any complaints. I have lived with back hair for 20 years and have tried every torture in the book and never had results. Laser took 6 treatments at 6 week intervals and I have maybe 20 hairs left on my back that are very short. The pain was very minimal, much easier than I thought, and well worth every penny. I'm starting my chest and abs now and my wife loves the new look :)

I have not had to shave my legs, bikini area, or underarms in 6 months now. The time this has saved me is so worth it. I no longer have to hear my husband complain about my scrachy legs. I used to get up 20-30 minutes early every day to make sure I had enough time to shave everything. The biggest thing to me is no more red razor bumps or ingrown hairs. My hair free skin is so smooth looking its like a babys skin. I recommend this to anyone. If you haven't had your hair removed you don't know what you are missing out on.

As a woman having facial hair has had a huge impact on my self esteem. I have been looking for a way to be rid of this problem for years. I originally tried another laser center in town and had little results and was in lots of pain. When I came to Cosmetic Laser they explained to me in detail the whole process from how hair grows to how the laser works and then showed what makes there place better than others. I was very comfortable from the minute I met them. After only 6 treatments I am so happy to say that my hair is gone. Thank you so much David and Janet!
