These guys rule. Great selection and service, great repairs and generally really friendly. Some of their customers are the dweebish wanna-be messenger types who ride 4 miles a day, but those kind of people can leech off any shop.
This is one of the best bike shops in NYC.

A great store for all types! If your salesperson doesn't have the answer you're looking for, more than likely someone else working in the store will be able to solve the case. The sales staff in there seem to be well-adjusted, aware, and functioning ADULTS-- they have a job and they try their best to be good at it. Prices are reasonable and well-stocked.
