I'm giving Happy Happy Happy 5 stars for their dollar cupcakes alone. As a vegan, I am always on the lookout for vegan baked goods that taste good, and Happy Happy Happy's chocolate cupcakes are the real thing. The staff is very friendly--when I asked why the vanilla cupcakes aren't vegan, the baker came out from the kitchen and explained the difference between cocoa and vanilla beans that allows for eggs to be easily left out of chocolate cakes but not vanilla ones. The bakery is tiny and there aren't many options on display--just the plate of cupcakes, a few jars of different cookies, and supposedly weekend scones on Saturday and Sunday, although when I went on a Saturday I was told they would only be there on Sunday. It's only open Friday through Sunday, unless you have an appointment to pick up a custom cake. Their custom cakes do sound quite scrumptious--they have a wide variety of flavors, icings and sizes, and I look forward to buying one for a special occasion. In closing, I will just say that anyone who has a dollar and enjoys a good cupcake should stop by on the weekend and pick one up...if you can eat just one!

PROS: tasty vegan baked goods
CONS: not all vegan, small selection, limited hours
