I called Tom Clark Chevrolet on Monday, April 28, 2014 about the Stabilitrak/ traction service message that appeared on my car since Thursday. When trying to figure out when I could get it fixed, they were very unaccommodating. They told me to drop it off. If I dropped it off Monday night, I would be without a vehicle Monday night and Tuesday to get to and from work. If I dropped it off Tuesday morning prior to work, they couldn't guarantee that they could shuttle me to work on time, which would have been 8:20 AM. I would have also been without a car Tuesday before and after work. In addition, you wouldn't give me a rental car. I am a single woman with one vehicle who works full time. In addition, I live in Bethel Park and the dealership is in McKeesport. It was absolutely ridiculous how I was treated. As a thank you for buying a vehicle at their dealership and continuing to use their service, they left me high and dry without a vehicle Monday night, Tuesday morning, and Tuesday after work. I am a professional and am unable to tell work I will be late or unable to report due to my vehicle being repaired. Everyone I know who gets work done at other dealerships is given a rental. According to Tom Clark, it's GM policy to not give a rental until they know that something is wrong with the car. What are people supposed to do in the meantime?
I will never recommend Tom Clark dealership nor will I ever buy a car from them in the future. I also informed my friends and family about your "customer service."

We went to their dealership on Tuesday August 2nd, 2011 and made a deal with Mike C. When we returned on August 6th, 2011 he said he couldn't sell it for the price he agreed to. We live 2 hours away and trusted them to keep their deal. They knew we were returning and just let us waste our time and money going there so they could back out of their end. Not a good dealership!
