I actually had to call several times before I even got a response. Someone from the company finally did respond to my calls and an appointment was set for inspection a week in the future.</p> <p>The scheduled appointment time arrived but no contractor arrived. We had been waiting outside in expectancy so I went inside to check the machine. There was a message that stated the estimator was running late and would arrive about a half an hour later. We continued to wait but no one came. I called them back only to find that they had been searching for our house in the wrong city! Once the error was discovered, I asked if they were going to go ahead and come by. The scheduler stated that she had already sent him on to another job because we didn?t answer the phone the first time. We went ahead and rescheduled for the next afternoon. The afternoon arrived and once again they did not show up.
