I am a guest at the local Holiday Inn. I usually order a Dominos pizza for room delivery. Since there is no Dominos in this area I called Ginos. They were at my door in 19 minutes with a fresh hot pizza. Who could ask for anything more?

In my opinion there is no bad pizza...just bad Pizzerias, and Gino Brothers is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. The problem is not with the pizza which is average, but not offensive in any way. The problem is with the employees from the managers all the way down to the delivery drivers. The first order i placed with Gino Bros was taken by a disinterested and extremely unfriendly employee and the delivery was made by a driver who pretty much threw the pizza in my face and that moaned about how difficult it was to get to my house becausee of traffic...you are delivering pizzas!!! of course there is traffic. the 93 minutes to deliver the pizza was unreasonable long since others can do it much quicker. I made a mental note to not order from them ever again, but alas My 2nd order was prompted by a great deal for wings and pizza in the local pennysaver...so I reluctantly placed an order, and was told 45 minutes to an hour...after an hour and a half I called to see if the order was on it's way and was told that the pizza was pulled from the oven 15 minutes ago and is with the driver. Shortly after the 2nd hour passed, Gino Bros called to ask me what town I was in...apparently there are many streets with the same name, and no one at Gino Bros thought to confirm this when taking the order, but before I could even ask where the driver was, the woman on the other end of the phone shouted that she shouldn't have even have taken this F****ing order and hung up....I never did receive my wings. I took the opportunity to write an email to Gino Brothers while enjoying my pizza from Foxes, which arrived within 20 minutes of placing an order, with the hope that the Manager at Gino's would make an effort to improve his restaurant and perhaps offer an appology. Instead he called and berated me for sending him negative feedback! Unbelievable! This place is a disgrace and I am hopeful it will be out of business in the very near future. The one star is generous
