My Family and I have lived in Stafford for 15 years and have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for almost as long. Never have we had a bad experience eating in or picking up. When eating in, we never have had to wait long at all to be seated and are often seated immediately. The employees have always been pleasant. The waitresses are usually attentive and are food is often ready in under 30 minutes after we've ordered. We have never had any trouble picking up our orders and the food has never appeared to have been sitting for long by the time we arrive. Several times we have had problems having our pizza delivered but we seem to have problems occasionally no matter where we order pizza from. So we don't often have any pizza delivered to our house. After 15 years, we still have no reason to stop ordering from this Pizza Hut.

First off I had my choice of pizza from SAMS pizza and sub or pizza hut, I should have chose SAMS. My husband ordered our food online from pizza hut, we ordered a simple supreme and cheese with mushrooms not hard right? Well it gave us no option to order a 2 liter soda so he called and asked to add it to the order and of course they couldn't do that, we had to place a separate order. So he kindly places the 2nd order and pays over the phone. Afterwards the women hangs up on him :/ we then waited over an hour where as SAMS pizza and subs woul have been here in 20 minutes. Once the delivery man shows up he sits in his car and talks on the phone my brother in law walks outside to his ca and the man says I would have come to the door, my brother in law told him we were tires of watching him talk on the phone and wanted to eat dinner at some point. After all that I open my pizza and the cheese and mushroom looked like it had been cooked and left sit on the counter butthe supreme was hot and looked fantastic. I mean I was so disappointed and will never order from u guys again. This is the stafford pizza hut off of rt. 1

I've actually never had a problem before, but usually we pick up from the store. Today I ordered delivery and 1) the driver had to call me and ask for directions 2) the price on the receipt did NOT match what I was quoted on the phone. It looked like they did not apply the coupon I had gotten from the website and CLEARLY told Valerie about on the phone. I asked the driver what to do about this--I was afraid to sign when the amount was NOT what I agreed to. I wrote BIG on the receipt COUPON for 15.99 PLUS 4.99 (breadsticks) = ???? They were trying to charge me 28.71. The math doesnt add up.
I called the hut to ask what we needed to do about this and as I'm looking at my stuff I discover the breadsticks have NO SEASONING. So I tell "Valerie" this and she acts like there shouldnt be anything on the breaksticks. Then she says she will SEND SOME SEASONING to me. I let her know I was not comfortable with that--I said "will it really taste the same if they are applied this late in the game?'
She also YELLED at me for writing on the receipt saying the CC company wont accept this. I am a really level headed person so I was the one calming HER down. What was she going to accomplish by yelling at me? I had to direct her to what we could do to fix this.. and then I said how about I just return everything to you and we just cancel this order. She put me on hold for 7 minutes. A man then came on the line and I said hello twice- once on speaker and once not and then he hung up on me. 5 minutes later Valerie called back saying she was refunding me the difference in cash and sending a new order of breadsticks (that should have been a no brainer).
I also have to add that she tried to claim that there is no such coupon in her system- my coupon didnt have the right number. I got it from the WEB SITE. I told her about it in advance and I pointed out to her that if she had a problem with the coupon she needed to tell me THEN, not now. I also told her that from a customer service standpoint if my number wasnt right she should find the right number in her system! You cant just be yelling at your customers! It was really insane and unprofessional.
She also claimed they just got a new database so maybe that was causing her to be so high strung and upset, and maybe that caused a problem with the coupon. I also have to add she was pretty insulting at one point telling me the coupon only amounted to a $4 difference --as if I shouldnt care about $4. That's $4 of my money! I also suggested to her that I felt it was possible they were pocketing my money-- running my CC for $28 and then taking the difference from the register? She told me that wouldnt be possible-- BUT what is the end result? They are basically refunding me from the register-- so someone is bringing me $4 something in cash... that was exactly my point that they could be doing this behind the scenes pocketing your 'coupon' money if you dont watch your receipts.

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut a couple of times in the past and they have taken over an hour to deliver my pizza when Dominos and Papa Johns deliver in 25-30 minutes. I have also eaten there and have been equally dis-satisfied by their lack of customer service. Although the sign states "Please wait to be seated," there is never anyone there to seat you. Tonight made up my mind that I will never visit or order from this Stafford Pizza Hut ever again. Basically due to "Cindy," their sorry excuse for a "manager." Me and 3 of my buddies were watching a football game and ordered the "dipping strips" pizza - supposed to come with 3 sauces, garlic butter, marinara, and ranch. After waiting an hour we get our pizza, we get "icing", not garlic butter but "icing." I call and speak with Cindy and let her know that 2 of us wanted the garlic butter. She says "don't eat any of the pizza we just delivered you - if you want to exchange it." My boys had already eaten 2 of the tiny 16 piece slices before even realizing we got icing. Instead of apologizing for the error and bringing another pizza - as Dominos or Papa John's would have done - this "manager" says "don't eat ant of the pizza or you can't exchange it" although they brought us icing for our pizza. After negotiating another pizza, I finally get a replacement an hour later. She promised that the very next driver would rush out my pizza but the driver who brought my second pizza was the same driver who brought the first. He informed me that he was the only driver tonight. So in addition to her poor customer service skills, Cindy the manager is also a liar. Will never eat or order from this Pizza Hut again. From the looks of their staff, they really don't care if they stay in business - and Dominos and Papa John's must be eaten their lunch. I only wonder if the owners care - doubt it.

Not only did Cindy loose my business at the Stafford VA Pizza Hut, but also lost the business of 3 of my closest friends. Give her a raise - better yet, fire her.
