I was at this location last week to pick up supplies for my pets. A gentlemen in front of me was greeted when he walked in the door. As I was grabbing a basket, the same woman at the register said hello to me as well. I made very light conversation which was returned to me with a blank stare. I figured she just didn't hear me, so I let it go and went about my business.
This store is very dimly lit compared to other Petsmarts I have been in. I spent a good amount of time in the grooming supplies section picking out shampoo and conditioner for my dogs. Probably 4 employees walked by me and never once asked if I needed any assistance or even a smile or a hello. One even went to walk down the isle I was in and quickly turned on her heel and went down the next isle. I suppose to avoid having to help any customers.
After making my selections, I took my items to the front where the same woman I encountered upon entrance was on register 1 and another woman and another employee were both at register 2.
The one woman at register 2 was half-sitting on the small counter behind her chatting with the employee. I figured she looked bored so I went to go to her lane to ring my items out. She quickly said "She'll take you over here." And pointed to register 1. So, I went to register 1 and placed my items down on the belt. I read the girls name tag while putting my items down. Her name was Kimmy. She doesn't even so much as offer me a hello or even a simple smile. I see her gazing at my sleeve tattoo on my arm as she is ringing out my items. (Which yes, I am used to people being caught off guard by a woman with a large amount of tattoos.) As she is scanning my items, I say to her "I don't have my Pet Perks card with me so I can give you my phone number." And I am ignored. I can't help but notice Kimmy's either disgust or her feeling uncomfortable as her face is unreadable. She puts the rest of my items in a few bags and then asks me if I have a Pet Perks card. Therefore, she wasn't listening to a word I was saying. I wanted to ask her if she had even been listening to anything I said to her prior to this question since she would have had her answer, but I chose not to sink to her level and be rude about it and gave her my number. I paid for my transaction and she quickly put my receipt in a bag and didn't even THANK me or say goodbye. She said to the ladies on Register 2 "Can you start ringing people out?" As she had about 2-3 other customers in line behind me. And she immediately started scanning the next customers items and putting them in bags before I even had all of mine picked up. But I noticed a large smile on her face and a chipper conversation with the elderly customer that was behind me. Talk about a slap in the face. I've rarely ever encountered someone as rude as her before. I will never go to this location again because of it. I'll stick to North Wales and Quakertown where they don't belittle people because of their appearance.

I like the petsmart store but when i took my dog to get groomed at their grooming center i was horrified!

First of all they required a 4 hour window to cut her in, I came back when they told me to but she hadn't even been started! I

This store is still new and clean. They love to see pets come in and the owners are usualy friendly. Nice variety of fish and they have a cat shelter that displays cats for adoption (Mrs. Fox is happy to help you out with the cats when she is there!)

PROS: Parking, bring your doggies, vet on site, gives out treats to pups
CONS:
