will never shop here again. The sales people say one thing and the delivery people say something else. It seems as if they don't communicate or that they are trying to hide something. They also hire felons, and as far as I'm concerned I don't want a felon in my home or around me and my children when at the store. Apparently they believe that employing felons is more important then their customers safety and well-being, especially those with children, according to the manager. I saw an offender at their clearance center and spoke to the manager and I was basically told to go shop somewhere else because they don't have an issue with it. So that's what I am going to do. I'm not willing to take that chance, especially when they are in my home. Every one does deserve chances, but not when interaction with customers and deliveries are involved. That's quite a risk to take. I certainly hope that it's worth the liability and a customer doesn't end up hurt because that can certainly ruin a company, but I guess that's not important to them, the customer doesn't come first, and neither does their safety.

Much like the reviewers here I would say avoid Facera's like the plague. Our sales lady told us that the in-stock furniture we purchased for our daughter's bedroom was from the Carolinas. Good quality we thought. After 3 months of waiting and not getting answers we were finally told that our order was on its way...on a boat from China!!! Come to find out company is OWNED in the Carolinas but manufactured in China (lead paint). They had to redeliver 3 times because each time major pieces were broken. Like a mirror, entire desk was smashed and huge scratches on a dresser. We finally gave up after 7 months and accepted delivery "as-is" just to be done with them. We've had the furniture for 5 months and all of the paint is peeling off, you can't set anything on top of the furniture or the paint will pull color from item and then pull away from the furniture. CON JOB EXPERTS!!!

Hey guys I'm an employee there. What can I say times r tough! Any advice for the lowly position of commission sales associate would be appreciated... one thing is they don't like change! They are good people, but make wrong choices when it comes to management! Help!!

I want everyone to know not to buy furniture from Fecera's. We purchased 2 power recliners and a power sofa and were never told that they were "special order" so when the recliners finally arrived several weeks late and one was broken I decided to cancel the order. The sofa wasn't going to be in for another 6 to 8 weeks and we were originally told it would all arrive in 4 -6 weeks so I was cancelling my order but was informed that since it was special order I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. I purchased the furniture off of the floor and no one ever mentioned anything about it being special order so I was shocked to hear this. At this time I am still waiting for the sofa and no one ever knows when it will be in. I wish I had known that they were a rip off. Even Tom, the manager is useless.

i will never buy furniture from feceras again. We spent over 3000 dollars and were told all items were in stoc and would be delivered within 6-8 weeks. When they were delivered our table was very damaged as well as the legs n our couch and our two other tables were not even delivered because they had to be reordered due to damage. They went out someone to look at the table who used a stain pen to color over the damaged parts making it worse and then the "manager" told me he would order a new table which didnt come until july along with the other damaged furniture. Then his offer of compensation was 100 dollars off the 3300 we spent. What a JOKE!

We've bought two sets of furniture from Feceras and don't recommend purchasing furniture from Feceras ... unless you don't mind waiting 4-5 months for your furniture. Of course, we were told that it would be 8-10 weeks for the sofa set ... that took 18 weeks. They told us 4 - 6 weeks for an entertainment center... we called yesterday and were told that it will be 13 WEEKS - they're waiting to fill a truck. However, they have our money. Had we known it would take this long for a small entertainment center we would have NEVER BOUGHT FROM FECERAS!!! LESSON LEARNED.
