I find this clinic super. The staff is so very helpful. I take my dog, my cat there and we took our previous cat there as well. The animals just love the staff! When my dog had a fractured him, Dr Olga took special care with him and made sure we got him to a specialized hospital. I would not take my pets anywhere else!

I would definitely reccomend this clinic. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The vet is great, you can tell she knows what she's talking about. The clinc is a decent size, small but very clean and the prices are amazing. My dog got all of his yearly vaccines for about one hundred dollars. You can't beat the prices.

Pros: good location, low cost, care is good

Cons: not plush and 5 star aesthetics but who cares..

I would definitely not recommend this place. I took my cat to be neutered here and I think I am still shell shocked at how dreadful the whole experience was. The screeching of a cockatoo met us as we entered and continued throughout the visit. This disturbed me, never mind my little cat, and the place looked dirty with feathers and whatnot over the floor, the cursory sweep given it by the guy on the desk not really dealing with the issue. The place doesn't seem to be open all that much and I imagine being locked up alone is having a negative affect on the bird, maybe why its molting so much. Anyway, forms were filled in and the price quoted on the phone was now adorned with various additions which all-in-all tripled the initial price. I had come quite far and my cat doesn't enjoy travelling so , foolishly, I went ahead with the process (after seeing that the examination rooms were of a higher cleanliness standard than the waiting room)I came back to pick him up later in the day and was given a pain killer to take with us which, after an extensive on-line search, was not recommended for animals under 10lb for fear of kidney failure. I was not given any information about the meds and the dosage was very vague. I asked for a signature for my insurance form and the guy just stamped it, telling me that was fine. I then sent off the form and my insurance needed more than the stamp at which point they (and I) contacted the Clinic. We were told that they don't have any records. I think I have said enough

I brought my dog here once for some care. She had a cold. They accurately said it was such and then sent us home; i found them to be very nice and accomodating
