I've had it with this Brett and Jenn they are liars and are running a questionable business..... It's been 6 weeks and my washer is still not repaired and Jenn doesn't have any answers and her phone manners are rude and evasive. This business needs to be shut down.....do your research before you hire these people and whatever you do make sure he orders the parts before he leaves with your money!

I just had VIP out to fix my ref. The tech repaired it and now it is working great. I will use them again and recomend them to everyone. Great service!!

Our Washing Machine went on the fritz and we called VIP (We called them before regarding an appliance that went on the fritz last year and we had no problem).

The Repairman came out yesterday, February 12, 2007 to fix the Washing Machine and said he would be back to repair the machine today, February 13th so we cancelled all our appointments for that day.

At 9:30am my husband called their office to verify that a repairman would indeed be out here today, and they said yes between 1 and 4 pm. We cancelled our appointments and stuck around the home/office waiting for the repairman to show up.

Due to the storm we spent many hours on the phone calling our workcrew to take care of frozen pipes and furnace problems at our rentals that we have around town. Since we were waiting for the repairman to come to the house we did all of our business via the phone. But the repairman didn't show up.

We received two phone calls from them around 2:45 pm and then 3:08 pm leaving a message stating that they were calling to confirm our appointment. I did not get the phone call until 3:30 as I was on the phone doing business. Because I did not answer the phone when they called they cancelled the appointment even though my husband called them at 9:30 that morning to verify it.

When I called their office all they kept saying was, "Well if no one answers the phone to verify their appointment we cancel." I kept telling them that we called this morning to verify it ourselves, and they kept stating that it's their policy.

My husband and I told them that we can't always answer the phone every time it rings, what happens if they call again and we don't answer, and they said, it's their policy to cancel.

Well needless to say stuff hit the fan and I was outraged. I will never use these people again! Since I paid them half the money for the job I need to have it finished so I made an appointment again for tomorrow, once again cancelling our business and once again they stated, well you better answer the phone...what type of business people are they. They know they are dealing with a business here with my husband and myself.

Well I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and they will get no more business for me.

So it is tomorrow. Instead of calling me on the number they called yesterday, the office phone, the office gal calls me on my Cell Phone. They must have had that phone number on file from last year because I never gave it to her. I had expected the call to be placed on the Office phone.

She stated the repairman would be out at the house between 11am and 2pm. I said thank you and asked her what phone number would the repairman be calling. My Office Phone or my Cell Phone or my husbands Phone, she said the Office Phone. I said fine because I don't want to carry all 3 phones around with me all day long.

At 12:20 today the repairman calls me on my CELL PHONE! Half the time the Cell Phone doesn't ring in this area because we are in a valley.

I am so totally done with this business! Can't wait to get it over with!

Our washer was acting up the first time we used it after purchassing it. They came out to the house, were on time, very nice and figured out the problem in about 3 seconds. A deffect from the factory!! They fixed the problem and even told the dog to have a nice day when they left. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves.:-)
