Elan Toyer Professional Properties

MS. Toyer is an absolute treasure. We were first time home buyers and throughout the entire process she was there to guide and comfort us. When we needed advice on obtaining a loan, she set us down and gave us a crash course in what to expect and then handed us a list of reputable loan officers to call. She never pushed us in any direction like some companies seem to do. Elan was also great about accepting and returning phone calls promptly. We never felt in the dark. She only had to show us about six houses before we found the perfect one. She had really listened to what we wanted in a home and found it on the first day. All we can say is that we wouldn't make another real estate transaction without her. Thanks Elan.

I used Ms. Toyer to find my house for me. She went above and beyond what any other agent had ever done. She kept helping me to find what I wanted in the price range I was looking for. Ms. Toyer also took into consideration all the features I wanted, without trying to talk me into a house that was "just a little bit more".

PROS: Great agent, hard working, listened to my needs
