Briarcliff Animal Clinic

My 3 cats were seen, and all went very well! Great tips were given by the doctor to help alleviate food and territory issues in my multi-cat home. The doctors and staff are always courteous and helpful. And thank you for the post-surgical phone calls and updates! I highly recommend Briarcliff to people who need a wonderful vet in this area!

I've been a client of Briarcliff Animal Clinic for over twelve years now. And even though I've moved to the other side of town, I'll never take my three dogs and two cats anywhere else. The staff is courteous and helpful, the doctors competent and compassionate.

Briarcliff has an excellent reputation among many local residents. I have not used this hospital as a regular client, but had some problems when I had run out of CET Pet Toothpaste, happened to be in the area, and stopped by to purchase some more. The front office staff refused to sell me the product since I was not a regular client. I understand restricting sales of prescription medications and "prescription diet" pet foods to clients, but pet toothpaste is not a prescription product (it is readily available via dozens of pet supply stores).

I absolutely understand the need to see an animal ...but I don't see the need, except for sheer greed, to see an animal when the need is for a continuing ongoing minor topical medication. Hey guys, get with the program. We're not all made of money - whay do I need to shell out $ for an office visit to get a simple refill?? And please, the little gay guy was agast when I wouldn't pony up for the $65 office visit. I wouldn't recommend this place except to those who feel like paying more=better treatment

This vet used his high tech equipment and knowledge to save my dog Elmo. They are the greatest. The equipment they used was not available at my normal vet located in Paulding Co. My husband was familiar with this vet and rushed him over. If they had not diagnosed our Elmo's ruptured gall bladder Elmo would have died over the weekend. Thank God they saved him!
