I deal with Colin Jex of this company. He is very pleasant and accomodating as well as efficient. This company deals with insurance needs, whether it be life insurance, disability benefits, COBRA, etc. I have not been to the offices in person. I have dealt with them over the phone, and really that is all that is needed! I also had emails and US Mailings with them. No one has to necessarily come to your home, which is quite nice and convenient. I can't vouch for parking situation, as I stated that I haven't been to the offices. They are my "middle man", saving me the time to call around and shop for the best rates from the highest rated companies. They did this for me.
