We bought a stainless JennAir Side by side fridge last Feb. Got it loved it - it started making all kinds of noises and vibrations (NOT normal opperation). We had 2 repair men out over several weeks, and it still does it, randomly. Home Depot / Expo does not stand behind their products, even though the customer service rep guaranteed me they did. Everyone there, the managers, etc, all said it was my issue to take up with Maytag/GE or whatever - they said it would take up to 6 repairs to get it exchanged. Expo will not take it back or replace it. Youn buy and you are on your own.

I had the same experience with cabinets from Home Depot, the installers opened them up, many were dented and they did not want to let us return them! It took months to clear up. Should have learned!

But I am not going to be stuck with it, I have not paid yet, and I am going to continue to be a nightmare until they make it right. If we would have said it did not match and wanted an exchange, they would have done it with a restocking fee. I should have done that as opposed to reporting a problem.

So, be warned when buying from them, go to Great Indoors and Sears instead, much better customer service and we once had a bad fridge from Great Indoors and they switched it out without an issue! I will never shop at Home Depot or Expo again and will close my account there when this is all done.

I orderered tile for a bathroom along with a custom medallion. The tile was late, and no one called when the partial shipment did arrive at the store. Part of the order had been cancelled inexplicitly.

On the medallion, they delayed delivery date 3 times and then when it was finally ready, wanted to ship it to their warehouse, let it age there and then ship it to the store; I finally got them to drop ship to my house (I'm still waiting). When you call them you get a different person each time with long hold times and insipid music. I'm wondering if I'll ever get my stuff.

They do process your credit card very efficiently, however.
