Loma Vista Apartments

I just moved in and the sliding doors wouldn't close they were off the track. Also the sliding doors lock will not lock. The door knob fell of of the door. It was not installed properly. The kitchen counter has an inch burn. There was debris on the floor.We have gas, are able to use the stove how ever we do not have any hot water. Mind you we have gas. In one room the the window is about to fall off. in order to close it properly you have to lift and push at the same time. The tenants are very loud. Gospel singers singing at 2:00 am in the parking lot. Teens and pre teens yelling and loitering at all hours of the night. Car alarms going off every 15-20 minutes. People running up and down the stairs, it is chaos in this property.

We lived there for about a year. I was active duty military and we had our car towed (because of management) because it did not have the registration sticker on it. Well the police said that was ok because had the sticker and he said that as long as we had it on us that was fine. Well it was in the impound for 3 days and that cost us some money plus the car seats were in there and loma vista would not refund our money for illgally towing our car.

Also when we left the carpet was in great condition and they charged us $2000 for new carpet. It was only 1500sq ft. It is a ripoff. Many military people that lived there got screwed.
