Hava Java

Don't let the unassuming location (in the Safeway shopping center at 32nd St. & Camelback) put you off: this is the best place for coffee AND tea in Phoenix. Yes, they have outstanding coffee, but they also welcome the tea lover. It's the only coffeehouse in town that custom-brews every cup of tea--- as well as every glass of iced tea --- from a wide variety of loose teas. No mass-produced bagged teas here, thank you! No vats of hours-old iced tea sitting around, either. The service is great: friendly, knowledgeable, and easy on the eyes. It has a neighbourhood feel, especially on the weekends. I highly recommend the Hava!

Pros: friendly service, inexpensive

Hava Java is the best of coffee 'worlds'. I truly enjoy the French Roast and the special Cafe' Brule'. They are rich, dark and not acidy. Keep brewing the Java, guys!

Great service and great coffee! Rochelle behind the counter was very nice. Happy to hear more locations will be opening. I live at Tatum and Thunderbird and go out of my way to hit Hava Java! Want to support the local guys. Starbucks has had their day. Move over here comes Hava Java!
