Without places like this, San Diego wouldn't be San Diego. It's a family place where both kids and adults can enjoy. On certain tuesday during the summer you dont even have to pay which makes it so much better.

everyone must visit this museum. when coming to balboa park, come inside (don't forget to take advantage of the thursdays when admission is free!) to docented tours of world-class exhibits.

A great museum at decent prices: Adults are 10 dollars, Seniors and Military are eight dollars, students (bring your ID) are seven dollars ages six to 17 are four dollars and children 5 and under are free!

The museum is bigger than many of the smaller ones at Balboa park and filled with great exhibits (like Warhol!) They have docents and Taggers(teen docents) available often at certain exhibits to help out. Overall nice people nice atmosphere easy parking and great place.
