Not So Great

by Mary G.

My husband and I went for our anniversary, the placed is so beautiful but the service wasn't. I have been to other spas where they don't have so many service fees and do the same thing. Also my massage thereapist didn't want to get out of her chair, it had wheels and there is a wooden floor, so she kept rolling all over the place..too noisy. The room we were in faces the street which made it too bright. This place is nice but so overpriced...not worth it.

Disappointing

by Angela H.

I indulged myself with their signature "Fire and Ice" massage for the princely sum of $185 (plus 18% gratuity). It wasn't remotely relaxing because of all the "clanking" around of the stones, I got very overheated and then proceeded to feel very nauseous. It was supposed to be 100 minutes but I don't think it was that long and just was not enjoyable. When I checked out they weren't remotely concerned that I wasn't feeling well. They added an additional fee for "Support Staff" of $6.60. Bottom line - rather a rip off ... was given a rather old spa robe and the towels in the locker were stained. I have had massages all over the world and the best was at La Costa near San Diego. This was by far the most expensive, and the worst, and I had high expectations of the "Fire and Ice" being an ultimate experience but it turned out to be the exact opposite.

Highly Recommended

by Janel G.

I found Fiori quite by accident. I recently moved to Houston, and needed some supplies for the house. Across from Bering's Hardware, I thought at first this was someone's fantastic home; an expansive Tuscan styled villa. But upon a second look, I noticed a parking lot, and decided to look closer. There are so many small unique touches to this space, but the real gem is the service, which I've indulged in twice in the last two weeks, a massage and a facial. Both were amazing, memorable, as good as the best I ever experienced. There's a unique little boutique adjacent to the waiting area that is filled with hidden gems; jewelery from local artisans, semi coutoure clothing, and of course, beauty and skincare products. All in all, I'd recommend this oasis to anyone in neeed of relaxation.

first class spa

by Emerson Hankamer

I've been to fiori for massages and sent my wife for special occasions. Facilities are very nice, better than many resort spas. Massage rooms are comfortable. Therapists knowledgeable. Wife loved her stuff--manicure, pedicure, stone massage, etc. close to our house too which is nice.

No one is stuffy or arrogant which is nice. Never have to wait for my scheduled time. Definitely good place to unwind. Worth the price.

Pros: relaxing, professional, convenient

Cons: none

Sigh...

by m1017

I recently visited Fiori and let me say, this place is just what Houston has been missing!!! My massage was great, my esthetician was very knowledgeable. She recommended some skin care items that have really improved my skin. My face feels great! Everyone there was so sweet and helpful. I will most definatley return there!

Pros: beautiful place, wonderful staff

Cons: none

Not a good place for waxing...

by j050209

I went to Fiori for a brazilian wax...and even though it seemed to be a wonderful spa, the brazilian wax was terrible. It was more painful than other brazilian waxes I've had - if that's possible. And it definitely wasn't thorough even though the woman had a light 3" from me.

Awful waxing experience...and I will not be going back.

What a Wonderful Spa!

by TxGrl67

What a wonderful spa! I wanted to comment on how incredible Daniel, my massage therapist, was on Saturday. Daniel was completly professional and did a wonderful job working out the knots in my neck, which I've had for weeks. Thank you so much for such a great experience. I will definitely recommend Fiori to all of my friends.

Pros: Daniel (Massage Therapist)

I had no idea something like this existed in Houston.

by cf101

A friend had been recommending to me that I try a spa massage instead of a 'chain' or independent because of the overall therapeutic nature of the experience.

Another friend recommended Fiori so I thought I'd give it a try. The reviews indicated that it might be hard to find (it wasn't) so I left and arrived early for my appointment.

The staff was very friendly and offered to let me use the spa and grotto to relax before my massage as it was a slow day.

WOW. I had no idea that such a place existed in Houston. Simply amazing facilities.

My therapist was the lovely and talented Kim, who has a very sweet demeanor and a healer's touch.

I'll just say that, you get what you pay for. It does cost about double of a 'chain' or independent massage, but unless you are looking to rub and run, it's worth it.

Pros: Facility, Amenities, Kim

beautiful place but bad staff

by blissful2009

I wanted to try something different. Ive been to plenty of spas and had a friend recommend this spa. I did go to their website which was absolutely beautiful. None the less when I arrived the staff directed my to the locker room to change. Never did they say when you are done to come get them????? but how is this possible when you already changed into your robe? you can't just walk out into the lobby with a robe on????? well...my massage was cut short because I guess I was waiting on them. When I addressed this to them they didn't seem to care. Told me I should of arrived early. Can you believe that? For the price I paid I think I deserve a little better response. They actually were kind of snobby and didn't mind that I was kind of upset. My 50 min massage felt like a 35 min massage. Buyer Beware of this place. I can tell by other posts that they didn't just do this to me. Im sorry I didn't read all the reviews before. I wouldn't recommend this to another friend. I had more expensive massages that treated me with first class!

Pros: beautiful ambiance

Cons: staff very not very professional

Extremely happy client

by texrobin

I enjoyed my 40th birthday at Fiori. It was the first time I had been there. I chose this spa because of all the amenities it had to offer as well as the Tuscan villa feel and the location. Because I had read some mixed reviews with confusion on added on fees, I emailed the spa in advance to ask them what all was included in the price of my massage and to verify if there was or was not any additional 'hidden' fees. I told them it was my 40th birthday... not because I wanted anything free, but because I wanted to be crystal clear on what to expect when I got there. Nothing like going somewhere on your birthday and be charged with hidden fees.

The spa replied to my email almost immediately with a beautiful response explaining everything and more than I needed to know. I actually got emails from two people which was great. I got there an hour and a half early so I could totally relax, steam, enjoy the mineral pool, then relax again before my massage. I loved each one of those amenities by the way. My massage.... I am a massage junkie, have had hundreds and this was by far one of the best deep tissues massages I've had. My MT checked in regarding pressure, always made sure I was okay, addressed my problem areas, did the aromatherapy and hot towels that's probably a part of the protocol but a lot of times people forget and even got in a quick scalp massage - and this was a 50 minute deep tissue massage! I really wanted to stay on the table another 30 minutes but I'm sure she had another client waiting. She told me if I had time to go back down to the mineral pool for a while because it would help with any soreness from the deep tissue massage. So I did, then I went back to steam for a bit, showered, then dressed to leave.

I got a free cocktail upon check in (birthday girl) so it was noted in my check out. I told the lady checking me out I wanted to pay tip in cash so the only thing charged to my card was the cost of the massage... nothing extra. Easy easy..... I left, remembered that I wanted to check out the wine courtyard so I did that on my way out, sat down for a few minutes, then one of the spa employees came out with a gift for me for spending my birthday with them! That was the icing on the cake. They did not have to do that and it was a nice gift!

So, without a doubt, I'll be going back whenever I can treat myself. This is a wonderful spa.

Pros: overall ambiance, mineral pool, massage

Cons: seemed crowded... good for them though!

great massage & facial, mediocre service

by nephs13

I recently had a girly-afternoon-spa-day, having a facial and massage with my friend who also had a massage plus a few other services. The appearance of the spa is quite nice, and I especially liked the indoor mineral pool and steam room. The best part was the quality of procedures I received. That said, I was disappointed by the time length of the treatments. As previously posted, it seems they cut you short. There are no clocks to be found in the treatment rooms (I wish there were), however I get massages all the time and I can tell the different between 45 mins and 50 mins. My other complaint is that it was my first time to Fiori (which I told the receptionist upon checking in), but they gave me no guidance as to where I needed to go for my massage. I therefore changed and waited in the locker room for my therapist, only to have the receptionist come in after awhile and tell me that I was supposed to be watiing upstairs for my treatment, which meant I was late getting started. Maybe that is why my treatment seemed short, but how was I to know where to go???

I will most likely go back to Fiori and request the same therapists, and keep my fingers crossed that the front desk staff will be more helpful. And I'm bringing a watch next time to make sure I get my money's worth!

Pros: beautiful atmosphere, great therapists

Cons: negligent staff

i agree with previous reviews ripe off and overpriced!

by vickintx1

for the amount of $$$ we paid it was not worth all the mess up they did. we had a get together with the girls and they messed up on 2 of our massages. they didn't even show they were sorry for it. they just said "tell your therapist next time", next time??? i don't think so! We didn't even get the full 50 mins either. it was more like 40 mins. they never explained anything to us nor told us to show up early to get ready or else they eat into our time. can you believe it? if you are planning to go here(which i don't see why now) show up one hr before your treatment so they won't give you any excuses! not worth it. ive been to better spas with nicer and smarter staff.

Pros: pretty

Cons: cheats on time

Never Again

by trust13

I've been to this spa 3 times. The first time I was impressed with the building and decor. We brought along our client thankfully everything worked out nicely. So we returned a second time, the massage was ok. but the steam room didn't work and they had a shower caddy that fell on my head. At that time they had it hanging from the shower head. I told the girls at the front desk and they apologized. Usually, a spa with good customer service would have offered me a discount. I was not planing to come again but my friend said they had a discount for a monday session. I said maybe they have new staff and gave them one more try. So this time the steam room worked and they don't have the shampoo caddy on the shower head. We arrived 15 mins early and thought we would get our full 50 mins. We were so disappointed, more so my friend. My massage lasted 45 minutes but my friends' treatment was less and she was taken in after me and was already waiting in the relaxing room when I got out. I was so surprised. We mentioned this to the front desk girls and they were not very friendly. One didn't say anything and the other was like blaming it on my friend. Her treatment was the vichy body polish and told her that she may have used more time rinsing prior to treatment. I said, isn't the process supposed to last 50 minutes. Then she said next time to let the therapist know to massage longer. I told them, I don't think their will be a next time. And we got no response. They didn't offer us a discount or anything. We will not go there again. There is no consistency with service. Beware, the gratuity is already added of 18% and also support staff fee which I don't understand since I grabbed my own water and tea. So don't add additional tip on that tip line.

Pros: nice building,ok massages

Cons: Bad Customer service

Best customer service experience in a very long time!!

by zavalaj

Well I am a currently a deployed military member and i was looking to do something really special for my wife on her birthday. The only thing is my only form of contact is email so i knew i wouldn't be able to do anything really special like i would have wanted. But when i contacted the spa director. She turned everything around for me, she personally helped me plan every detail of her visit to my liking. She helped me ensure that the thought and effort i was putting in would reflect when the day came. And since this occasion was her birthday i really wanted to get her a cake, just something small and simple. So when i mentioned it to her she immediately contacted there caterer and within minutes i had a responce. i was told they would be providing there most amazing chocholate cake, with HAPPY BIRTHDAY written over it. I was so happy because what seemed to be an almost impossible task, was made so easy with there help and there willingness to go above and beyond. She ensured everything went perfect and that the experience would be truly one of a kind. Now although my wife hasn't experieced the service yet, i think it's safe to say she will most definately not be dissappointed.

I love this spa!!!

by mrswho

I got a gift certificate from my husband to come to Fiori spa. Yeah the street sign might be down but thats not their fault!! I had a full package for all day including lunch. If you arrive early I learned that you get to go in the mineral pool, lay out by pool, maybe even do the steam room which I thought was nice but I did all that later. Massage, and facial were great!! The food was excellent and last I got my pedicure and manicure. I believe her name was Beth. She was so friendly and welcoming from the time I stepped in. We talked about everything and she did a great job. I had alot of fun. I will be back!!! Thank you for the great day! I would just tell people your street sign is gone due to Hurricane Ike and give them landmarks so they know where it is.

Pros: I forgot I was off Westimer.. Im glad you are tucked away.

Cons: The fiori sign could be more visible

Beautiful spa, below average customer service

by truestory85

The Pros:

Beautiful decor- The stone walls and gorgeous hardwood floors definitely add a touch of luxury
Wonderful wine garden
The setting of the atmosphere definitely feels like an escape

Cons:

Too hidden- it can be easily missed from the road and there is no street sign for Potomac Dr. (Was not told about this during booking)

They could improve their customer service. I was not greeted with a robe and slippers as is customary in spas and only after my massage did I receive these. I was also not offered anything to drink even though there were beverages layed out on a table for customers. I felt like my therapist was snappy and very rough in the way I was handled. It made me uncomfortable. She would grab my arms and legs and yank the blanket out from underneath me when trying to get where she wanted to to massage certain areas and she was chewing gum the whole time. In my opinion very unprofessional. Not only that but she was pumping the massage oils out of the container very loudly. Very disturbing to my peace of mind.

Terrible massage. Hopefully not all the therapists and services are as bad as my experience was today but my massage felt very haste and rushed. I may just request a different masseuse than the young lady I had today.

A SPA THAT'S VERY HARD TO BEAT...

by EXTREMELYSATISFIED

I can't say enough about how much I absolutely enjoyed my experience today at Fiori's. The staff was absolutely wonderful from the time I walked in the door. It was my first experience visting this spa, but it definately won't be the last. It is well worth the money. I was able to enjoy the deep tissue massage and a nice chicken salad lunch afterwards. The staff that serve my friend and me was tremendous. They frequently checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our lunch . The atmosphere was well appointed and inviting. All around, it was a tremendous experience.

Pros: The entire experience

Cons: I had to go to work afterwards instead of home to sleep. It ended too soon...

A spa like no other in Houston

by polishcaramel

Having visited more than six different "luxury" spas in Houston, this spa, in my humble opinion, offers the best combination of service and accoutrement in the city. Their staff is always warm, genuine, and accommodating; the facility and amenities spotless, and the treatments delivered with expert care.

Pros: Staff, Facility, Services

Cons: None

Very Disappointing

by Elliebee

After reading all the great reviews I went in for a Fiori manicure expecting to get a very nice manincure. Reception staff not very friendly. Manicure was not what I had expected for the amount of money I paid. The manicure was no different from a regular manicure you get for $12-$13 at any other nail salon. Very disappointed overall. Though the manicurist was very friendly and nice but did'nt do a good job.

Not going back there again.

Pros: Friendly Manicurist

Best Luxury Spa in Houston

by dannon99

I have been here several times. Every time, I always enjoy it, and this is by far the best spa in Houston. The best Massage Therapist has to be Anna. and to relax, no one can beat Lance to take good care of you and give you your wine etc... Everyone always goes out of their way to ensure you have just the relaxing day you need.

Pros: Anna, Lance, and the whole team

Cons: some therapists are not as good as Anna

Heaven in Houston

by anicepieceofash

I am in LOVE with Fiori. I was a first time visitor this week, after weeks of aching to pay a visit after everything I heard about it. I was scheduled for a pedicure (Raw Earth) which was perfection. Fiori's entire staff made me feel welcome, and they had complete respect for my time. I was running a few minutes late, but they did not keep me waiting. I was a little afraid that the spa would be snobby but that was not the case at all! My pedicure was so wonderful, and the spa so enchanting, I wanted more. They booked me right away for a massage. While waiting for my "time", I took advantage of the steam room and relaxation room. A sweet lady whom I think might be the housekeeper gave me a wonderful tour. My massage was INCREDIBLE. Maziel my therapist listened very closely to all of my concerns about my problems with my shoulder. At my request she spent the majority of the time working on a monster knot. I left there feeling better than I had since the car accident that gave me the problem. She wasn't just about helping me relax, she really worked to solve the problem. Anyways, all in all, this place is like no other. And I am a huge spa go-er so I'd like to think I know what I'm talking about. :)

Pros: warm staff, complimentary amenities/perks with any service, easy to find location

Cons: you can't spend the night :)

Best Facial, worst pedicure

by ceelmeeg

Went here with a bunch of friends. Was really looking forward to it. Had a swim, then used the mineral bath...all excellent. Then I went for my $65 pedicure. Very disappointing. Have had MUCH better pedicures for $25. The lady did not speak a word to me other than to introduce herself. I felt very awkward. At the end of it , she said she had a sore throat so wasn't speaking that day. I would have appreciated that info before my pedicure.
My facial was amazing and I felt myself nodding off as she did it.
I will go back, but not for a pedicure.

The staff were charming, especially Brooke and the lovely guy who looked after us during lunch

Pros: Facial and Staff

Cons: Pedicure treatment

Excited to come back....for a place that seemed a little run down from last visit.

by houston78

This place is a true gem. Compared to Trellis or Sensia, Fiori is a true destination. I first came here in November and my experience was super! I left for vacation, how ever on my way back home I was anxious to return to Fiori! I came in recently and everything seems so different! My services were wonderful, how ever there seem to be a lot of changes. Don?t misunderstand me changes are good in a business perspective. How ever everything seemed so gloomy and corporate now. (One of the reason I don?t choose certain spas) I didn?t feel the warm feeling and great energy that made me love this place so much. Please management don?t let this place go to ruins, it?s too gorgeous!!! I will return again. If the spa hasn't stepped it up, I'm afraid that they will lose a valued client.

Pros: Everything seemed great last year!

Cons: Changes for the worst, and the parking!

Best Massage Ever!!!

by whit75

I tried Fiori for the first time a week ago and it was really great!! I am a massage fanatic and I have never been able to find someone who gives the kind of massage I want until now. I found MY massage therapist. I was lucky to be booked with Anna and I will return as long as she is there. She had the pressure right. She talked very little during the massage and she even gave me tips on how I can keep my muscles relaxed. At the end, she showed me how to stretch my back at home. I left feeling incredible and completely relaxed. I have been doing my stretches and feeling great!! The customer service at the check out desk was really friendly as well. I can't imagine how anyone would have a bad experience here, but I guess it is possible. I highly recommend you try this place to see for your self.

Pros: Best massage service ever!!

Cons: Limited Parking

Genuine Feedback: This Place Is Great

by Beachluva

I and a co-worker treated ourselves to a spa afternoon this past Friday, prior to the wine garden event. This was my second visit to the spa, and first time with a friend joining me. My massage was as great as the first, and was the reason I returned, and brought someone with me. My co-worker? She loved her treatment, and loved the spa. So, my two experiences have been great. Was the spa perfect? Of course not. Are you perfect? Whenever real people are involved, there is always something you could point to and say something negative about. To me, a day spa isn't a place to go and expect better than yourself; it is a place to retreat to for relaxation, rejuvenation, and stress relief. I appreciate this place, Fiori, for that, because that is what it is for, and for that, they do an excellent job. I mention this only because I was curious as to what others had to say, and after having read some of the reviews, makes me wonder if some of these reviewers have ever actually been here, or if they were, were they the kind of clients I would not want in my own place of business. I know that if something were simply not right, I would have no trouble telling someone, the manager, on the spot, at this or any other place of business, especially one that I cared to frequent. Again, just the opinion of a simple girl from Mississippi...I rambled; great place; and I will be back.

Pros: Convienent hours, skilled therapists

Cons: Front desk "people issues" observed, but nothing fatal

Spa Ecstasy

by mjom

My mom of all people told me recently ?you?re skin just doesn?t look as good as it used to?. This led me to realize that I need to do more as I age to keep my skin looking fresh. I researched all of the Houston day spas online and chose Fiori for a much needed facial. I scheduled an appointment for the Le Grand Classique facial based on the description that it would be deep cleaning yet not cause redness or inflammation. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by the staff and escorted through the spa for my appointment with Shea. She was able to immediately identify problem areas and assess what is likely causing my skin to look flat and unappealing. Almost two hours later I was in heaven. The whole process was fantastic. The best part though is that it?s been over 3 weeks and my skin still looks amazing. I?m definitely going back. It was worth every penny.

The only positive I found of this spa is the nice building the spa is housed in. The services I received were mediocre, but better than the ruddiness of the people at the check in counter. Don't get fooled by appearances like I did, this is not the real deal.

I am soooo relaxed :-)

by thecking

After receiving a gift certificate, I decided to play "hooky" from work last Friday, and booked a massage and facial here. Let me tell you, everything I had heard about this place from friends was true. An amazing space, and amazing treatments. The space is so open, yet warm and cozy too. If you are used to a resort level spa experience, this is the place for you. Hard to explain, you just have to experience it for yourself. It certainly made my Monday easier. :-)

Pros: It's a spa, and a great one at that!

Cons: My spa budget :is too small

Felt like a vacation

by Houstone

I became acquainted with the spa after attending a wine garden event that included an after hours tour.
Booked an appointment on the spot. This place is a true no compromises destination caliber spa, staffed by professionals throughout. Small touches, like addressing me by name, escorting me through the spa, and the coordination showed by the staff; everyone that I came into contact with was genuinely kind, and seemed to be in tune with the idea of relaxation and rejuvenation. Houston has some (few) spas that I would recommend to friends that travel and "spa", and this is most certainly the top of the (short) list.

Pros: Indoor mineral pool, purpose built location, excellent staff

Cons: Closed on Mondays-my day off

Worst Facial

by djbone

I was given a gift certificate by a friend of mine for a facial at Fiori. I specifically asked for the best facialist, because I want someone who knows what they are doing. The lady I spoke with recommended a facialist named Lucy (I think). She told me this facialist was the head facialist. I was very excited because I have heard this place is beautiful. The facial I received was by far the worst ever. She was difficult to understand because she had a thick accent. She got lotions up my nose and in my mouth. Everything she put on my face was so hot, I felt she was burning me. Even the mask was too hot. She also seemed rushed through the entire service. I was so disappointed by the facial that I won't return. If a facial from the head facialist is this terrible, imagine a facial from the rest of the facialists. The prices are too high for a low quality facial. The place really is beautiful, but that is not enough to keep me coming back.

Pros: It truly is a beautiful spa.

Cons: Worst facials

It's pretty to look at

by aggal02

Yes, the spa is gorgeous, however, I have to say I wasn't impressed with the service. My pedicure was well, a pedicure, but I was freezing the whole time because of the openess of the room. Manicure was nice...Then I had the massage, which was the worst massage I've ever had. To begin, the lady tried to pop my back like a chiropractor! It knocked the wind out of me because I didn't know it was coming. Then she proceded to talk to me the whole time. I work in a medical field and I regretted telling her this because she went on and on about a friend who had a condition. Sounds selfish, but I just wanted to relax. Bathroom/changing room/steam room were all fantastic and well kept. Like I said, its a nice spa, but when its priced almost 10-20% higher than other Houston area spas, you expect a large difference.

Pros: Beautiful place, comfy waiting area, clean

Cons: Expensive, not worth the price

My treasure

by spacrusaider

This escape is so romantically amazing! Every detail reflects careful thought. Decor is impeccable, employees are attentive, accommodating and professional. Food is delicious (not enough). Good sounds, aromas and just enough light (not dank). When their website said 5 star.. no kidding. Even the products they sold in the front shop showed good taste. Though it is pricey, this is like the Bellagio or Wynn of day spas, and when I've had a tough month... I deserve this! It's a place I would actually want to stay the whole day, wandering around or giggling with my girlfriends.

Pros: atmosphere

Cons: small parking area

try Maria's facial (the bulgairan girl)

by kathyrogers

This girl is something else. I have had facials all over the world, but nothing like her touch. I am so happy that here, in town we have somebody so knowledgeable. She knows about ingredients, she knows about nutrition, she knows about illness. She is just amazing!!!! I have psoriasis and before Maria no esthetician has been able to talk to me with so much knowledge about it. I felt like talking to my doctor. And her hands are something else. This place is very expensive, but if you get to talk to her, it?s worth the price. Having a facial with Maria is a must. I think she said she is from Bulgaria

watch your money

by fard

I had booked an appointment for an express manicure and pedicure. I arrived late and they told me that I had only time for one of the services -which I accepted as it was my fault that I arrived late. When the service was done, they charged me for both services - which even though I thought it was expensive, I thought it was fair because I was the one that had arrived late. What I did not appreciate is that the lady behind the counter, already knowing that I was paying for a service that I had not received, added an extra 18 percent of gratuity to the bill. This I thought was rediculous.
So watch your money at this place. But the place is beautiful and the service from the pedicure ladies was great.

Best get away in Houston

by kwhitem

I had a very enjoyable time here as I have found nothing else like Fiori is Houston. Massage was great, food and service was as well. They just opened a garden area off the pool where you can get some sun and relax and it is nice too. Plan on spending more time than just your treatment to ge the full effect of this place. They have two pools, steam rooms, great little hide aways to relax in. Enjoy!

all on paper

by arubishka

Great if you've never been. Once you get there all the hype is gone. It's really not all that! The prices are exaggerated and not worth all the expense. The massage I got was wimpy and weak, the facial was not impressive at all, very average service for extravagant prices. Will not return when there are so many others...

Pros: nice ambiance

Cons: pricey, weak staff, not so great massage/facial

No other spa in Houston Compares!!!

by tcorbi1968

This spa brings to Houston what a spa visit is supposed to be. Total escape and relaxation. I was not only impressed by the facility, staff and treatments, but I was actually amazed that a spa of this caliber now exists in Houston. I have been in several times and have yet to leave disappointed. I read some comments about prices being high and must disagree. Sure if you want a quicky massage, or manicure you can go to a hair salon and get that. Fiori is so much more than that, to me it is like a mini vacation from Houston life. My husband and I have visited spas from California, to Phoenix, to New mexico and all the way to Indonesia. Fiori is something special for Houston.

Fiori Spa

by danabouterie

This is a lovely addition to the Houston spa market. The elegance and intimacy of this beautiful spa offers is unlike others in town.....job well done! Although some of their services may be slightly higher than other local spas, the atmosphere and non-pushing employees, make this a real treasure for Houston.

Highly Recommend and give the spa a definite 9 rating.

Pros: Atmosphere, atmosphere and staff courtesy and knowledge

SO EXTREMELY OVERPRICED

by jill06hou

Why so much??? The prices are outrageous, simply a rip off. The services are as nice as anywhere else, but the prices are not worth it. The massage was mediocre, the girl had a very light touch and was incapable of giving me a firm massage. The facial took too long my back started to hurt. I was not impressed with the services. OVERPRICED.

Pros: nice place

Cons: PRICE, TOO PRICY

A true escape!

by ez_bree_z

This property is an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The staff was absolutely professional without being superficial. The décor truly reminded me of being in Italy. My favorite is the underground thermal mineral pool. Awesome! Come early and bring your trunks, or bathing suits for you ladies. My wife and I had separate services. She had one of their signature facials and a massage while I had a massage and their signature body treatment (Arancio e del Cannella). Unfortunately the massage was forgetful but the same therapist more than made up for it with the fantastic treatment. The prices may not be the lowest but the entire experience is well worth it.

Pros: Ambience, Thermal Mineral Pool

Houston is Complete!

by kimcan2006

Recently visited Fiori with two girlfriends and we had an amazing time! I truly can not say enough nice things. Our treatments were excellent, the staff was attentive and very friendly, and the place is absolutely gorgeous. We felt like we had gone away on vacation together. We had our treatments, lunch and then lay by the pool. We all agreed it is our favorite spa we have been to anywhere.

Pros: ambience, variety of treatments, two pools

Cons: none

plush & expensive but not efficient

by edwardjones

Very nice atmosphere if you want to hang out. I had a massage treatment there and it was truly very bad; I might as well have just layed there. The girls look all so cute, but none are efficient. The facials are very "frou-frou" but no real benefit to them. Way too expensive for the return. Will not go back. Will not recommend.

Cons: expensive, , uneficient, too dark

Wonderful!

by emrobinson22

This is one of the nicest day spas that I have ever been too. It was truly a "day spa" since my friends and I were there for 5 hours of pure relaxation. We arrived at noon, ate a delicious lunch accompanied by champagned that we brought. Then two of us had wonderful facials while the thrird person in our party had a fabulous massage. We relaxed in the steam room, mineral pool, and outdoor pool. Fiori is truly a work of art. We felt like we really were in a Tuscan villa. This "resort" takes you away from the traffic & heat of Houston. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I will be recomending this place to all my local friends and will bring my out of town guests. Cannot say enough good things. Wish I could live there!

What an extravagant experience! Top notch spa treatment and alluring atmosphere. World class experience - staff was always available, and not stuffy or snobbish like some spas I have been to. Robes and blankets were heavenly! Note: Bring your swimsuit and enjoy the hot tub and mineral pool in the basement. You can bring your own wine and they will serve it to you there as well! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time! They even have super cold face cloths when you exit the hot tub.

Pros: shower essentials av., cold h2O readily av., keyless entry locker

Heaven

by kkhherman

Fiori is a first class experience...you feel as though you are in an elegant European spa. The massage is wonderful, healing and transforming. The facial is superb. All the technicians are professional and listen to the needs of the client. The staff is very accommodating. All the products available for purchase are top of the line in all categories. My husband and I love this place, as does everyone we have sent there!
