I got my car detailed and everything. They were pretty nice and helpful. They didn't chase us like some people do. They answered all our questions and just left us alone.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!

I would advise anyone who I come across and who reads this do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a brand new 2006 Volkswagen Passat from here on 12/28/06. Ever since I have purchased this car I have had countless problems. The car has been in the shop for about 2 months out of the 5 and half months I have owned it now. It has had to been towed twice because it would not start. The car has endless rattling noises on the inside as well as countless electrical problems. They have poor workman ship; they dont care about their customers as long as they get their money when you buy the car. This car rattles no stop, the dealers response to this and this is from the Service manager (Bill U.) and the GM of this dealer ship Randy Hiley, I quote cars will make noises. While trying to find the rattling noise they messed up the electronic starting system buy pulling out wires. Car was towed in 1st time due to the issue it would not start, they said that they cant find the problem. I Picked up the car and that same day it happened to me again and had to have it towed it in again!!! I asked the service advise Bill U. to have someone contact with me with updates on the car since I would go days with out hearing anything. He in return responded and I quote would you like me to call you every hour. I am still having problems with this car; I am taking it to another dealership Rusty Wallis Volkswagen in Garland. They were able to fix the rattling, as well as other issues. I have to drive 45 min to this dealership just to get service. Volkswagen the company itself, when I tried to express these concerns back in March, they basically said its not there problem I would have to take it up with the dealership. However they did send me a lovely umbrella with the Volkswagen logo on it that went right in the trash! Randy Hiley Volkswagen. . . DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A VECHILE FROM THEM!!! The only thing they know how to do at that dealership is deceive you and con you!!!
