Edward Jones

The Edward Jones representative in Bellaire, Shawn Nicol, renewed my faith in financial advisement. After some bad experiences (pushy salesmen that care more about their pocketbooks than my financial future) I had all but given up on the industry in general. Fortunately for me, I had a friend recommend Edward Jones, and this office in particular. Now I have someone who answers my questions clearly and honestly and who cares about my life, my goals, and my future. Whether you're looking for a patient person who can help you get back on track with finances or someone who can intelligently invest your millions, this office is the place to go.

When I moved to Houston and got a new job, I finally decided to get my finances together. So I looked around on the internet a bit, and decided to visit the local Edward Jones branch (Bellaire), because all of their consultations are free (the keyword for me) and because I'd heard some good things about them in St. Louis (where I moved from).
The financial advisor that I met with (Shawn Nicol) explained everything very clearly to me, and we spent a good hour or so talking about my financial future and goals. He wasn't pushy either, which was very nice.
I've had issues with some horrible customer service lately (Sprint, Allstate, Comcast, my landlord, etc.), so it's been really nice to deal with these guys. Every time I call (and I do call a lot...), my questions are answered right away and they're always very courteous.
Anyway, I couldn't be happier....they get my highest recommendation!
