Bad Service/Not worth your time. Given the run-a-round when I purchased a mattress and I had to continue to call to ensure it's delivery to their shop and to my home, no one ever calls the customer here or gives followthrough! The customer doesn't do this in a purchase. The gentleman that anwsers the phone and is primarilly on site for sales; Augustine, is rude, insincere, and does not understand business and I am let down that someone would actually hire him to represent their business. When I went into the store Augustine did not even thank me for the sale and acted arrogant and machisimo like towards me through the entire process. He was smoking outside the store as I pulled up and I walked into an empty store not knowing he worked here, he then walked in casually 1-2 minutes later! I almost walked out as I was so shocked to see the place had changed so negativley from the year before when I had purchased my first mattress set from them. He refused to deliver that night and made me wait to recieve the mattress. I ended up exchanging the mattress out upon Alex's (driver) reccomendation that he had a better mattress. I have had a difficult time getting a call back from the only one with sense in the operation; Alex. Augustine has taken fake messages for the past (2) weeks and given me the rudest phone service such as placing me on hold for long periods, lying about Alex's status, acting auspicious and taking 'phone messages' that were never followed through. After continuing to call for my own service; Alex on a whim anwsers this morning and told me my new mattress had arrived today and that he would deliver several hours ago as they were closing early. I called to again babysit the situation and see if it had been delivered just now and it hadn't!!! I am so mad right now; I just called their place. Augustine picks up, places me on a long hold and says that they want an additional $20 for gas and has the nerve to say "You always want to change your mind" (my mind was changed at their recomendation) & "why is this bad business?". This is an insult on top of all of the poor business I have recieved. Learn the game of business, Idiots. The customer is always right. This returning customer will never come back for the disrespect I have recieved. This has been a nightmare. There are so many homeless people in Houston that would love to have a job. By the way I just learned the jerks real name was Augustine last night as he had lied to me the whole time and told me his name was Thomas. The real Thomas, whom I'd never met, drove all the way from their Greenspoint location to take care of this idiots Spring Branch mess. When he delivered my mattress last night and revealed his licence to me. Mr. Chang needs to care for his business and fire the ones that obstruct business.

Pros: Sadly None, Faith in myself to go Elsewhere
