Rude rude rude. Spoke to a customer service rep Friday afternoon on 8/26, and not only did she sound like she couldn?t give a rat?s behind about my concern, but she also sounded like she couldn?t WAIT to get the hell off of work.

If you can avoid having this company as your service provider do it! Although that means you can not live in the Cedar Park area. They are unhelpful when you need something and charge fees to have the luxury of having them. A bunch of

This is the worst electric company I've ever known! I had an account with them in June 2010. I didn't move into the apartment, so I stopped my service of about 2 days. I've found a new apartment in Cedar Park, and a need to re-establish

My mother let PEC know about a power surge a few months ago and just this past weekend a major power surge occurred, cause damage to the cable tv, internet, computer, lights, etc... She was even shocked while taking a shower. I witnessed two power surges.

She contacted an electrician and he told her that there was nothing wrong with her electricity. She then contacted PEC to let them know what had happened. PEC came out to look at power cables. When my mom called them back, she was told they had fixed some power cables. When my mother told them what was damaged they told her she might not be reimbursed for damages. It looks like they are now trying to get out of being responsible. They are also trying to tell her it is probably her electrical.

She has contacted her insurance company, but she feels that PEC should cover the cost for damages done.

Does anyone know what she should do about this?

perdanales charges good customers a $75.00 transfer fee whene moving to a new adress. come to think of it, it appears that since they have a monopoly on the cedar park area, they can afford to charge what ever they want and provide poor customer service and still get all the biusness they want.
